"Problem boys" in junior middle school refer to the group of teenagers aged between about 12 and 16 with obvious "anti-school behavior".During the critical period of their development,their behavior is biased due to various reasons,which has brought many adverse effects to individuals,families and society.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for schools to educate and manage these "Problem boys".This paper mainly adopts the qualitative research method,focusing on the four kinds of bad behaviors of the "problem boys",such as learning weariness,blind obedience,rebellious and anxiety.Through typical cases of students,this paper systematically analyzes the specific performance and causes of these four kinds of behaviors.In this paper,although the causes of each behavior are different,in general they can be summarized as follows: from the perspective of students' own factors,the main ones are lack of self-improvement,poor self-discipline,self-centeredness,vanity,lack of self-confidence and self-determination,timidity,psychological occlusion,etc.;From the perspective of parents,the main ones are pampering children,neglect of discipline,lack of communication and care,improper role positioning,etc.;From the aspect of school,the main problems are the weakness of ideal education,backward education concept,improper education mode,single evaluation mode,insufficient cooperation with parents,lack of effective protection of school education power,etc.;From the perspective of social environment,the main problems are the overuse of information in the network era,the lack of cultural environment,the "circle" thinking,and the significant urban-rural dual structure,etc.This paper also studies the root of this phenomenon about "problem boys" in junior middle school from the perspectives of sociology,philosophy,ecology.Using the methods of combining macro and micro,theory and practice,this paper explores the management strategies of the "problem boys" through case analysis,investigation and interview.The paper believes that it is very important to guide and transform the "problem boys" in junior middle school and create a good educational environment.Parents and teachers must change their educational concepts,have a sense of fault tolerance education,encourage these "problem boys" to reshape their value identity,stimulate their potential,optimize their behavior,change their living conditions,so as to realize the positive interaction of the education ecosystem,and promote educational equity and social harmonious development.
