Education is the basic of the development of the country, the teacher is the basic of education. Teacher is the core of education project, excellent teachers mean good education. At present, there is a serious phenomenon on Teachers'Turnover Intention in our country's rural compulsory education, which seriously affects the quality of rural education. What are the factors that affected the teachers'turnover behavior? In this study, the researcher set Anhui's F school district as a sample, interview four young primary school teachers in rural area by qualitative research, collect related information, in order to understand the situation of young teachers'turnover intention in primary school of rural area. The researcher focus on exploring the impact factors of teachers'turnover intention in primary school of rural area and giving feasible suggestions.This paper has been divided into four parts.The first part is about the introduction, including the origin, the research foothold, literature review, the research ideas and the purpose> meaning of the research.The second part is the research methods, the process of research, and the discussion of the research results. Literature research and qualitative research are been used in this article. The process of the research mainly includes identification of themes, sample selection, the investigation. The discussion includes the validity of research results, generalization and research ethical issues.The third part is the result of the research. First of all, the article introduces teachers'turnover intention of F school district. Then the impact factors are divided into incentive factors and resistant factors to be analyzed. The incentive factors of teachers'turnover intention in primary school of rural area includes not content to engage in teachers'professional, shabby status, bitter work, inconvenient life in rural area, not optimistic foreground on professional development. The resistant factors include family's resistance, not suitable for other work, having fun in teachers' professional, severe employment situation.The fourth part is about proposals. Based on the facts reflected in investigation, the research put forward proposals, mainly includes helping teachers establish firmly education belief, putting teacher'as civil servant to increase primary teacher's economic status and social status in rural area, improving teacher's work atmosphere, reducing teacher's workload, improving the system of teachers' professional development, improving material incentive policy for rural teachers.
