Reasonable arrangement of leisure time is a prerequisite for the healthy development and personality shaping of adolescents, and it is also an indispensable key move in the process of cultivating “all-rounded people”.The free experience theory points out that higher leisure experience can help cultivate a higher level of mental health and healthier social behaviors, while lower leisure experience may hinder the healthy development of individuals. At present,in the research on leisure social psychology in China, there are few related studies that take leisure experience as a separate topic. Moreover, researches are basically focused on adults, but few studies have been conducted on adolescents under academic pressure, and there is not even a set of appropriate measurement tools. Therefore, this research aims to enrich the field of empirical research on youth leisure psychology, compile a youth leisure experience scale, deeply understand the current situation of junior high school students' leisure experience in China, and explore the effect of leisure experience on adolescents' emotional experience(represented by self-esteem)and behavior manner(represented by aggressive behavior).Based on the results of the research, put forward specific suggestions for the leisure education of teenagers themselves and their families, schools and society, and provide certain psychological basis for the shaping of adolescents' healthy lifestyles. This study takes Qingdao E Junior High School as the test site, and takes convenience sampling to select students in the first, second, and third grades as the test subjects. The “Self-compiled Youth Leisure Experience Scale”,“Self-Esteem Scale SES”,and “Aggressive Behavior Scale BPAQ” were used for the test.626 questionnaires were returned after excluding unrecovered and invalid(blank questionnaires, too many missing values, and many repeated options)questionnaires.Using SPSS20.0 and Amos24.0 to perform statistical analysis on the data, the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly, the “Adolescents' Leisure Experience Scale” has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool for measuring adolescents' leisure experience;Secondly, junior high school students' leisure experience has significant differences in statistical variables such as gender, whether or not they are an only child, family economic status, academic performance, parents' leisure support, and leisure frequency;Thirdly, junior high school students' leisure experience,self-esteem and aggressive behavior have a significant correlation.Among them, leisure experience and self-esteem are positively correlated, leisure experience and aggressive behavior are negatively correlated, and self-esteem and aggressive behavior are negatively correlated;Fourthly, junior high school students' leisure experience directly affect their aggressive behaviors, and they can also indirectly influence aggressive behaviors through self-esteem,that is,self-esteem plays a part of the mediating role between leisure experience and aggressive behaviors.
