An Empirical Study On How The New Type Mainstream Media Trust Of College Students Affects Their Political Trust In Major Emergencies

Under the media mimic environment,the media plays an important role in the construction of political trust.However,in the process of influencing the construction of political trust,the media must first construct its own potential variable of media trust in order to act on the construction of political trust.In addition,as a youth group in the new era,college students are not only an important part of our political life,but also the backbone of promoting political trust.Especially in major emergencies,the political attitude of college students is related to the development of our country and the rejuvenation of the nation.This paper takes the university student group as the research object,whether the university student new type mainstream media trust affects the university student political trust construction under the global new crown important public health emergency background,if so,how to influence,the influence degree and so on core question carries on the empirical research.First of all,the thesis collects and collates the relevant domestic and foreign documents,and puts forward a series of research proposition hypotheses on this basis.Secondly,according to the relevant literature,the questionnaire of political trust and new type mainstream media trust of college students in major emergencies was compiled.Finally,the hypothesis is verified by collecting survey data,analyzing data with SPSS?AMOS software and constructing relevant models.The results show that:(1)the political trust level of college students is higher in major emergencies.(2)The new type mainstream media trust of college students has a positive influence on their political trust.(3)There are three dimensions of college students' new type mainstream media trust in major emergencies: media loyalty,media report content trust and media practitioner trust are positively related to the construction of college students' political trust.Among them,the trust degree of new type mainstream media practitioners has the most significant influence on the political trust of college students.It not only affects the trust degree of college students to government institutions,but also affects the trust degree of college students to political system and government personnel.(4)The demographic factors of college students have little influence on the level of new type mainstream media trust and political trust.
