In recent years,with the acceleration of our country's urbanization process,many rural primary schools have been transformed into community primary schools.The original management model of some primary schools can't meet the requirements of the current educational situation.So it is necessary to innovate their management model in order to better adapt to social development.On the basis of previous studies,the author have read and analyzed relevant literature on school management in transition period.Also,the author investigates the management of primary schools in Jimo District and explores the factors that affect their management.After that,the author put forward some improvement strategies.The author finds that,firstly,the development theory of some rural primary schools lags behind the transformation speed of their surroundings.Secondly,the general standard of some rural primary school is far behind the urban primary schools.Thirdly,the society has too high expectations to rural primary schools.Fourthly,some social conflicts appearing in transition period are reflected in those school's transition process.They are problems caused by environmental changes.Then,the lack of innovation consciousness of managers,the outdated teaching methods of teachers and the insufficient awareness of students' self-development are problems caused by human factors in school management.What's more,the difficulty of forming a joint force of education is caused by the lack of social education power.Finally,this author puts forward some relevant strategies for the management of community primary schools in transition from six aspects: expanding development planning,overall quality of teachers,developing school through scientific research,giving teachers and students a sense of belonging,core quality leading the direction of education,and expanding the joint efforts of education.
