General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to revitalize the countryside,so the revitalization of rural education is particularly important.The key to the revitalization of rural education is the overall quality of rural teachers,and the key to rural teachers lies in the overall quality of rural young teachers.Based on the country's high regard for rural teachers,the study on the growth of young teachers in rural primary schools has deepened the research on the growth of young teachers in rural primary schools,and provides a reference for the practice of promoting the growth of young teachers in rural primary schools and improving the level of young teachers in rural primary schools.In this study,the school in Chaling County,Hunan Province was used as a case study.The questionnaires,interviews,etc.were used to study the gender,education and training of young teachers in rural primary schools.The problems existing in rural primary school teachers are that the structure of gender,discipline and education is not very reasonable,the quality is not high,the treatment of young teachers is low,and the growth environment is not very good.The reasons for these problems are that the government has inadequately equipped the teaching staff,and the funds are not invested enough;the atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education in society is not strong;schools do not provide adequate training for young teachers,teachers lack of peer assistance,and school managers lack management ability.To solve the problem of the growth of young teachers in rural primary schools,we should take countermeasures from the government,society,and schools.The government should improve the structure of teachers from the gender,disciplines,and academic qualifications of young teachers,improve the economic treatment of rural teachers,completely change the working and living environment of teachers,further improve the system of professional titles,and establish a rural teacher incentive fund;society should advocate to adhere to the atmosphere of re-education,so that young teachers in rural areas to establish professional self-confidence.Teachers need a kind of spiritual strength,a nation respects teachers,and the country has hope,a school parent and student respect teachers school can have hope;schools and educational administrative departments should improve the management of teachers,establish a learning community for young teachers in rural areas,and improve their own quality in the way that young teachers in rural primary schools like.Through coming in,going out and network training,we should strengthen the training of educational theory,teaching ability and the ability of education and scientific research,so as to improve the education and teaching level of young teachers in rural areas.
