The theoretical basis of this thesis is attribution theory of success or failure,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.The research method mainly uses the literature method of summarizing and collating relevant data,the investigation method of finding common objects of research,the interview method of obtaining more information of research objects,and the observation method of excavating deep causes of research objects.Based on the analysis and arrangement of domestic and foreign research results,the late students of Nanzhang primary school in Xiashan District were sent questionnaires to obtain research data.The questionnaire began with basic information(age,gender,etc.),self-perception,selfemotion,will,behavior habits,social factors survey,school factors survey,and class management factors.Based on the survey data,this paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems existing in rural primary schools,why these problems occur,and the strategies adopted to overcome them.The survey results show that these students generally have problems such as academic performance bias,self-cognition,poor behavior habits,weak willpower,tense teacher-student relations,and estrangement between parents and children.Their parents have problems such as excessive emphasis on academic performance,negligence in family education,incomplete family composition,and serious spoilage.The school does not know enough about the late students,ignores the transformation of the late students 'education,and the head teacher's working methods are not appropriate.The "useless theory of reading" and "money worship" in society also have a certain influence,eventually making them truly vulnerable groups.In view of these problems and reasons corresponding to the students themselves,the family,the school,the class teacher,the society,five aspects of the proposed transformation of the concrete measures for the students,students themselves to establish a correct view of learning,cultivate a strong interest in learning,exercise their own willpower;Parents should improve their own quality,change their own identity,appreciate and encourage their children,and actively cooperate with the school;The school should implement the principal responsibility system,innovate the evaluation mechanism,improve the development plan of the late students,and increase the motivation of the late students.The class teacher should strengthen the class style construction,carry out the class pair help,guide the students to reasonably attribute,teach according to their talents,and be fair and just;Efforts to build a good social atmosphere and actively guide peer group contacts;Strive to form a joint force to promote late students whether learning achievement or mental health have been improved.
