Parent participation in children's education has attracted much attention in the world,and the research on parental participation in school education at home and abroad has achieved remarkable results.Parental participation has an important impact on the growth of children.Good parental participation is conducive to the development of modern education reform,and good parental participation can enable children to achieve achievements and develop non-cognitive ability.Primary school stage is a very important stage in one's life.In this important period,students are the key period to form their own cognition,which is conducive to the shaping of students' emotions and the formation of good behavior habits.Therefore,primary education is very important,which requires the joint efforts of the state,society,schools and parents.It is an important link for the success of education.In order to better practice the new requirements of education reform,better improve the level of education,give full play to the role of parents,and effectively guide parents to participate in school education.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the influence of parents' participation in school education on students' development,solve the practical problems existing in education and promote parents' participation.This study selected the Qingdao area cieme H primary school grade 1 to grade 6students' parents to investigate,through the questionnaire survey parents to participate in school education,understand the students' parents in the parent-child activities,parent-school communication,parent-school cooperative three dimensions the status quo and existing problems,and explore the factors influencing parents to participate in school education,provide powerful basis for school education activities and measures,In this way,parents can be mobilized to participate in school education,play an effective role of parents,promote home-school cooperation,and provide reference for other schools to carry out home-school cooperation.According to the existing studies on parent participation and the objectives of this study,a questionnaire survey was prepared to understand the current situation and existing problems of parents in parent-child activities,home-school communication and home-school cooperation.It is assumed that parents' participation in school education has an impact on children's academic performance and non-cognitive ability.Combined with the interviews with students' parents and school teachers,this paper finds out which aspects have the greatest impact on children's academic performance and non-cognitive ability,so as to find targeted policies.The results show that parents' participation in school education has an impact on children's academic performance and non-cognitive ability through parent-child activities,family-school communication,and family-school cooperation.Among them,"parent-child activity" has the most significant impact on students' academic performance,followed by "family-school communication" has a significant impact on students' academic performance,and "family-school cooperation" has a lower impact on students' academic performance than the other two dimensions.The high degree of parents' participation is beneficial to the cultivation of students' non-cognitive ability.
