As an important part of school management,class management is an important guarantee to carry out educational policy,complete educational tasks and achieve educational goals,and directly affects the development of students.The class management of high school art students has attracted much attention because of their special position in high school students.For a long time,the class management of fine arts students has been difficult to get rid of the shadow of the class management of ordinary cultural students.Traditional exam-oriented education concept,backward management mode and rigid management mode all restrict the comprehensive and efficient development of high school fine arts students to varying degrees.In fact,the unique training objectives,academic characteristics and psychological characteristics of fine arts students have put forward different demands for class management.How to promote the all-round development of art students and provide high-quality art talents for colleges and universities is an important theme of class management practice research.The author as a goal oriented to J area art school as the research object,and combined with their own practical experience,in order to "to investigate the status quo,problem determination,attribution-problem solving" the logical train of thought of research,clarify the art class management present situation,mainly exist class management subject single,backward management concept,class teacher in class management level is not high.Based on the analysis of the problem,the author thinks that the main reasons are the absence and offside of the class management body,the lack of professional quality of the head teacher,the urgent need to update the class management concept,and the lack of clear self-development planning of the art students.Adhere to the goal orientation,put forward the guidance of class independent management,improve the teachers' class management ability,update the art students' class management concept,art students clear self-development planning countermeasures,in order to strengthen and optimize the class management,for high school art students' class management to make useful exploration.
