In the new historical period, the social and economic environment will have a profound change, education, especially school education is also experiencing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. As we all know, in this stage, China has implemented a "couple of a child" population policy, the successful implementation of the policy, effectively control the population growth, China’s national strength and economic development has played a great role in promoting. But at the same time,there is an inevitable problem, that is, with the growth of only child families, the only child in the school’s class management also highlights the growing problem.Although the school where the author is a primary school in the city, but the students are mostly working-class children, only children accounted for a majority. In addition, there are quite a few students at noon, in at the end of operation time and weekend is spent in a small dining table, parents are too busy to management. In the face of the current situation, the teacher in charge of class management should establish the students as the main body, all the participation, the teacher as the leading,the macro adjustment and control of the cooperation and win-win relationship,establish a set of high grade students in primary school management mode is imminent.The author carried out this research is to give a relatively scientific management ideas and management methods for the students, class teachers in the primary school, and to provide some reference for the management of this stage.In the course of the research, the literature method, survey method, observation method and interview method are adopted. Through the preparation, distribution and recovery of the questionnaire, through the literature, interviews and other methods, the data were analyzed to understand the current situation of Yantai Development Zone,the first grade students of high grade students. Through the interview of the senior class teacher in the school, it is understood that the current class teacher in the class management problems.Through nearly two years of observation and study, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the high grade primary school students autonomous management: first, a sound body, make the class rules, full participation, let the students do the class master of small; the second is to create a collective ofautonomous learning and culture, to carry out activities, personality development, let the students do the collective master; the third is to create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere, enhance independent consciousness, lets the student study and the life of the young master; the fourth is to change the authority of role, let the teacher student partners.This thesis mainly focuses on the research of the countermeasures to solve the problems of the students in the grade of primary school students. Through this process,the author comes up with their own educational thinking, hoping to work in front of the primary school teachers can learn from the management experience and mode, and finally to tell the teachers, students are the main body of class management, believe them, give them a platform, so that they participate in the class management, they will also have a more wonderful.
