With the rapid development and expansion of the kindergarten teachers,they have been encountered new opportunities and challenges.The child abuse incident exposed frequently in the public eye has pushed the kindergarten teachers into the forefront again and again.In this regard,the education department has launched a heavy blow with all aspects to strengthen the professional ethics of the kindergarten teachers' supervision,but the effect is not significant.It is far from enough to rely only on the external supervision of the education department,but also to strengthen the internal management and humanistic care of kindergartens.The emotion of kindergarten teachers is an important factor which is easy to be ignored by managers in internal management,but which is of great significance to the prevention and control of child abuse.The emotional management is often regarded as the research category of individual management,but its important value in organizational management is often neglected,which is precisely the important perspective of comprehensive exploration of emotional management.Based on above,this study has selected the perspective of kindergarten organization,has taken the process of teachers' emotional management as the main research content,has used questionnaire survey and interview method to explore the problems and causes in the process of the kindergarten teachers' emotion management in kindergartens,and has constructed the emotional management system of the kindergarten teachers accordingly.It is found that there is a serious lack of emotional management in the kindergarten teachers.Specifically,it is manifested in the absence of organizational structure and rules and regulations of emotionalmanagement,the lack of planning of emotional management,the formalism of the implementation process of emotional management,and the relatively shallow of summary for emotional management.The lack of these works is precisely caused by the kindergarten managers' lack of correct understanding of emotional management,the managers' lack of emotional management ability,and the lack of social support for emotional management.As a result,there is a contradiction between the high demand of kindergarten teachers for emotional management and the lack of organizational emotion management in kindergartens.Therefore,in order to solve this contradiction,with the perspective of kindergarten organization,this study has constructed an all-dimensional and multi-level organic whole composed of organizations,rules and regulations and specific measures to provide theoretical and practical support for the kindergarten teachers' emotional management based on the relevant theories of kindergarten organization management and emotion management.Under the guarantee of sound organizational structure,perfect rules and regulations and good working environment,through the organic combination and orderly operation of the four links of "making plans,improving the implementation process,strengthening the inspection and summary",the operation of the kindergarten teachers' emotion management system is constantly promoted,and the overall emotional management quality of the kindergarten is spirally improved.
