A Case Study On The Operation Of Campus Safety Management System In Rural Junior Middle Schools

With the deepening of education reform,our country is gradually establishing and improving the campus safety management system.However,there are still quite a few safety accidents in the operation of the safety system,which shows that there are problems in the operation of the campus safety management system,which need to be studied and solved.In order to establish a harmonious campus,this paper studies the individual case of the operation of campus safety management system in rural junior middle schools.Through the investigation,it is found that in the system demonstration stage in the early stage of the operation of the safety management system,the problems are often ignored in rural junior middle schools;In the medium-term operation stage,the safety of rural junior middle schools is rarely concerned;In the later stage of operation,these problems are rarely reflected on safety accidents that have occurred rural junior high schools.Due to the above reasons,the safety accidents that occurred in rural junior high schools far exceeded those that occurred in urban junior high schools.When operating the safety management system,we should not only consider the local customs,but also comply with the national policies and guidelines,and to increase enforcement and timely reflection to reduce the recurrence of safety accidents.Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,starting from the reality of the operation of the safety system of rural junior middle schools in China,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of rural junior middle school campus safety system by quoting emergency management theory,risk management theory,life education theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory etc.The author finds out the problems in the operation of the safety management system of rural junior high school campuses by the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.According to the problems that arise,the following points are put forward:enhancing safety awareness,improving campus safety management system,implementing the campus safety management system and resisting the impact of bad foreign culture on the operation of the campus safety management system,etc.,promoting the joint management of all departments,making the campus safety management system fully run in rural schools,and bringing a safer learning environment to rural junior middle school students.
