Under the background of economic globalization,Chinese society is experiencing the transformation period.At this time,teachers are in a diversified environment,facing the crisis of teacher identity,which affects the development of teacher professional ethics.Doing the study of primary and secondary school teachers professional ethics from the teachers' identity perspective,not only can help people understand the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers,but also can provide a new perspective of the professional ethics.The research includes three parts,listed as follows:The first part is introduction.It explains the origin of the research,the significance of the research and the research review all over the world.Moreover,it clarifies the research ideas from a macro point of view.The second part is the use of qualitative research method of grounded theory to analyze the text data,through the analysis of semi-structured depth interview to receive data from 23 teachers(6 elementary school teachers,7 junior high school teachers and 10 high school teachers are included).By using Nvivo 11.0,3-level coding method are used to form the 9 basic category,which are finally summarized into 3 main categories,influencing factor model of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers are therefore established.The third part explains the model of the second part,and analyzes the influencing factors of the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers from three dimensions of personal identity,social environment and school field.It is found that personal identity is the internal source of teachers' professional ethics.Social environment is the external soil of teachers' professional ethics;The school field is the measuring scale of teachers' professional ethics.In the fourth part,the matrix coding of Nvivo11.0 is used to analyze the exogenous variables that affect the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers,starting from the influence of gender,teacher's education background and professional title on teachers' professional identity.The fifth part puts forward the action path to improve the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers from the criticism and reflection of identity,the self-construction and development of identity and the overall thinking of identity.In short,the development of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers is a complex process.There is a mutually-beneficial relationship between the identity of primary and secondary school teachers and the development of professional ethics.The two are interrelated and independently constructed in the practice of the workplace environment.As an exploratory research,it broadens the perspective of the study on the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of identity,enriches the research methods of the study on the professional ethics from the qualitative research way,and triggers the thinking on the path of the construction of the professional ethics of teachers.
