The new curriculum reform has promoted the "teaching" and "learning" of junior middle school physics to students' independent learning,and emphasized the cultivation of students' active learning ability on the basis of imparting basic knowledge.With the characteristics of "perceptual materials with pictures and texts","explicit logical thinking" and "internalized knowledge system",mind mapping attracts students' attention,stimulates junior middle school students' curiosity and interest,makes them think actively,and gradually forms independent learning ability.Therefore,this paper hopes to build a bridge between mind mapping and the cultivation of junior high school students' independent learning ability of physics,and carries out a preliminary practical research on "using mind mapping to cultivate junior high school students' independent learning ability of physics",in order to provide some suggestions for realizing students' independent learning of physics.This paper contains six aspects:The first part analyzes the research background,objective,content,significance,method and its present situation at home and abroad.The second part defines and analyzes the meaning and characteristics of "mind map" and "junior middle school students' physics autonomous learning ability",expounds the theories related to them,and explores the value relationship of using mind map to cultivate junior middle school students' physics autonomous learning ability(i.e.stimulating physics learning motivation,expanding physics learning methods and guiding physics learning results).The third part,questionnaires and interviews are used to carry out the pilot survey on junior middle school students' physics autonomous learning ability,the survey on students' and teachers' understanding and use of mind map,and designs the practical research scheme according to the survey results.The fourth part,from the four links of pre-practice,mind map training,three rounds of "scaffolding" application guidance based on physical mind map,and students' independent construction of mind map in physics review and preview,helps students "really learn" to use mind map in physics and realize "deep learning",so as to gradually have the ability of physics independent learning in this process.In the fifth part,with the help of the statistical results of the pre-test and post-test of the measurement scale of junior middle school students' physics independent learning ability,it is found that the application of mind mapping in physics learning is helpful to broaden students' physics learning methods;by comparing the physical mind map drawn by students in the pre-test and post-test period and interviewing students' use feelings,it is found that the application of mind map in physics learning is helpful to enhance students' interest and love of physics,exercise students' physical knowledge construction ability,cultivate and improve their physical logical thinking and self-evaluation ability.The sixth part introduces the innovation,conclusion,deficiency and prospect of this research.The combination of theory and practice shows that the use of mind mapping can realize the transformation process of junior middle school students' physics independent learning from "other control to self-control,heteronomy to self-discipline" to a certain extent,help students form better autonomous learning habits and cultivate physics independent learning ability.
