The Production Of Structures: A Practical Study Of Social Work Promoting The Social Adaptation Of Landless Farmers

Urbanization is the only way to the modernization of a country.With the increasing demand for urban construction and the requisition of a large number of cultivated land,the landless farmers have shown a rapid growth trend.After losing their subsistence land,these farmers are faced with psychological adaptation demand,social communication adaptation demand,employment demand and other factors in the process of adaptation from traditional village to city.The original ecological system of the village has been broken,and how the land-lost farmers adapt to the city life has become a problem worthy of our attention and discussion.Based on the structural theory and the field research method,this paper focuses on the structural changes in the economic expenditure,labor employment,social contact,Social Security and psychology of the peasants who lost their land before and after the expropriation of land in W village,to further elaborate the subject activity and the logical relationship between the structure,based on the whole to grasp the farmers in the life of the adaptive plight.By using the method of case work,this paper probes into the countermeasures of promoting the social adaptation of the land-lost peasants from the angle of "How to adapt" of the "adapters" in the change of social structure.Using the advantage angle of view theory,at the individual level,mobilize the subjective initiative of the land-lost farmers,fully tap the advantages and potential of the service object,and enhance the resistance to adversity.At the social level,integrating the efforts of the government,social organizations and communities to solve the problem of the social adaptability of the landless peasants plays the dual role of macro-structure level and individual subjective initiative,thus realize the adjustment of personal and social environment,and promote the land-lost farmers to adapt to life better.
