Peasants who lost their land by the process of urbanization will face some adaptation problems such as lifestyles and job changes. The peasants’ land was Withdraw by state or government, so those peasants lost their land and be out of agricultural production; their living space moved from the countryside to city communities; from the farmers into City residents. The lost-land peasants’ life style, vocation, identity, social relations and so on have been changed significantly. The survey found that at present, the professional status of the lost-land peasants and wages or treatments are relatively low, their incomes are limited, the Standard of living is low, and Security of life is lacked; the traditional rural society is their main places to construct to the Social connection, and the association with Modern urban society started to be developed; most lost-land peasants can be admitted their identities.A farmer in the urbanization process is the main concern of a group. Farmers are the main mode of social adaptation initiative to adapt and passive debugging. Parsons pointed out that the action functional analysis theory consists of four sub-systems: Social systems, personality systems, cultural systems, and behavior of organic systems. Degrees of integration between the four subsystems are higher than the action and the system is more robust. Landless peasants’ degree of social adjustment reflects the degree of social integration. The development of socialization and resocialization of society have two different types of landless farmers is the development of the initiative to adapt the process of socialization, passive adaptation is the process of resocialization. This chapter mainly based on the theory of Parsons and the theoretical discussion of social peasants’ way of social adaptation. From the discovered investigation, we know that we can analy the main reasons of landless peasants from two aspects subjective and objective aspects. Speaking from the objective, Economic, social, cultural and community living environment factors will have a direct effect on the landless peasants, they play an important role on their ability to adapt to the city life fastly and smoothly. From a subjective point of view, individual factors of landless peasants become the key conditionsfor their social adaptation.so, if we talk about the Social adaptation of landless peasants, we must discuss it from multiple perspectives, at the same time, on this basis, we can provide a reference guide and recommendations for the landless peasants to adapt the city life better and better.Based on the problems in the process of field survey, from the perspective of social integration, this part puts forward to countermeasures and recommendations of land-deprived peasants’ social adaption. The countermeasures include two angles: external supporting system and individual resources, and come up with specific measures to promote land-deprived peasants’ social adaption from four elements: law, policy, community and individual. The four countermeasures are perfecting laws and regulations to ensure land-deprived peasants’ legitimate rights and interests, clarifying the role of government to make full use of social policy’s guarantee, developing the function of community to develop community supporting system of land-deprived peasants’ social adaption, and continuing the individual’ socialization process to promote the re-socialization of land-deprived peasants’ social adaption.
