With the influx of job seekers in the Internet industry every year,the requirements of major Internet enterprises for job seekers are also increasing every year,and the pressure of employees in Internet enterprises is also increasing day by day.Not only physical pressure,but also mental pressure is affecting the work and life of Internet employees.Job burnout among employees due to excessive pressure has a serious negative impact on the work efficiency and work completion of Internet employees,which can not be effectively alleviated with the continuous decline of work efficiency and work completion,seriously affecting the physical health of Internet employees,life happiness and healthy development of enterprises.In order to carry out this research,I have carried out an internship in W company for half a year,with in-depth experience and field investigation,and deeply experienced the daily life of Internet employees.In the early stage of the study,questionnaires and interviews were conducted among employees of W Internet company during meals and tea breaks,and it was found that there was a correlation between employees' close connection with the surrounding support system and their self-recognition and whether they fell into job burnout.Based on previous research results,this article with the aid of social support theory and the theory of cognitive behavior,design and carry out five team activities,group activities designed to help team members to build awareness of job burnout,to understand the causes of job burnout,enhance their self-awareness,lead team members to establish contact with the surrounding support system,to enhance its ability to identify,response and ease the job burnout.To test the effectiveness of group work in employees' job burnout,this article through to the group activity the whole process to carry out the evaluation and reflection,to participate in group activities of enterprise employee satisfaction survey,the result shows that participate in group activities after the enterprise staff contact support system around more frequently,whether its in the sensitivity of job burnout is relatively higher,The results show that social work has a good effect on employee burnout in Internet enterprises...
