The "Internet+" mode is developing like a raging fire.Under the increasingly fierce industry competition,Internet enterprises are increasingly demanding on employees,and the phenomenon of high pressure on employees comes one after another.Severe job burnout can cause employees to feel physically tired and psychologically negative emotions,as well as physical and psychological effects on work engagement and concentration.Subsequently,the work efficiency and result of employees will decline,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.This study takes the employees of H Internet enterprises in dalian city as the research object and their job burnout as the research problem.The literature method was used to collect domestic and foreign literature on employee burnout,and the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to analyze the status quo of employee burnout in H Internet enterprises in dalian city and the influencing factors of employee burnout.In cognitive behavioral theory and advantages perspective theory was carried out under the guidance of six group activities,help team members to clarify job burnout problem,release the job burnout negative emotions,understanding and adopt more measures to ease the job burnout,change the cognitive and find advantages to enhance its ability to ease the job burnout,and thus improve the condition of job burnout.Finally,the effectiveness of the service is tested through the process evaluation and reflection after each group activity,as well as the result evaluation by interviews,self-evaluation of social worker,satisfaction surveys and before and after tests.It is found that the burnout problem of team members has been improved,which verifies that the team work has the operability and effectiveness to intervene in the burnout problem of employees in Internet enterprises,and is conducive to alleviating the burnout problem of employees in Internet enterprises.
