Action Research On Social Work Programs For Older Adult

At present,China is in the stage of rapid aging,and the elderly population is growing rapidly.At the same time,influenced by urbanization,modernization and the one-child policy,the number of elderly with special difficulties,such as old age,empty nest,living alone and low income,has increased sharply,especially in northeast China.Special difficulties in epidemic prevention and control during the normalization,severely affected the life of the elderly group,are facing a lack of daily care and spiritual comfort,it is in poor health,difficult to adapt to life in epidemic prevention,social support the weak,is an urgent need to have the professional qualifications of social work service agencies to provide care services.At present,the government adopts the way of purchasing social work services based on project operation to meet the real needs of the elderly with special difficulties and improve their living conditions.This paper uses the method of action research to study the elderly social work project,based on the project system and the five community linkage action scenario framework analysis to promote the effective action path of elderly social work project services.This paper firstly defines and analyzes the problems,that is,in the first stage,it analyzes the contradictions and setbacks encountered in the process of participating in Y project and the factors for realizing action optimization in the future under the action context framework combining the government purchase of social work service project system with the "linkage of five social societies" grass-roots community governance model.Then,an action plan was made,that is,in the second stage,demand assessment and project service reform were carried out for Y project,and the analysis of the current needs of the extremely poor elderly in S community and the exploration of project services for the extremely poor elderly in S community were completed in two steps.Thirdly,the implementation of the action plan is promoted.In the third stage,the elderly with extreme poverty in S community and all action participants related to Y project are encouraged to face up to the change and jointly implement the service content and plan of Y project re-formulated according to the action result of demand,so as to achieve the quality improvement effect through the change of service content.Then re-evaluate the problem,that is,the fourth stage needs to review the results of the action,and present the current situation of the common participation of multiple action subjects in the process of Y project and the action effect of improving the service quality of Y project through "intervention-case closure-evaluation".Finally,action experience and learning are summarized,that is,in the fifth stage,action subjects and action procedures in the social work project operation are summarized in promoting the role and strategy of social work project services for the elderly.
