| In the reform of basic education in China in recent years,the excessive academic burden of primary and secondary school students has always been a problem that has not been effectively solved.On December 28,2018,with the consent of the State Council,the Ministry of Education officially issued the Measures to Reduce the Burden on Primary and Middle School Students to all parts of the country.The issuance of the 30 new regulations has impacted the traditional education methods and evaluation mechanisms.From top to bottom,new adjustments and changes are required from the inside to the outside to meet the new regulations and meet the needs of education in the new situation.Whether primary schools can really reduce the burden and reduce pressure,the policy only plays a guiding role.The most important thing is the internal self-regulation of education and the change of external ideas.On the basis of consulting the literature and investigation,this paper focuses on the implementation of the primary school’s burden reduction policy in Shouguang City,and then starts to study the problems and causes of the implementation of the primary school’s burden reduction policy,and proposes several suggestions and measures.This research is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the reason for choosing the topic of the thesis,the significance of the research,the current status of the research and the research methods;the second part is a survey of the current implementation of the primary school’s burden reduction policy.The analysis shows that the burden reduction policy has not fully achieved the expected goal;the third part analyzes the problems and reasons for the implementation of the burden reduction policy in primary schools,including the limitations of the burden reduction policy itself,the contradictions between the burden reduction subjects,and the lack of supervision of the implementation of the burden reduction policy And the restriction of the social trend of thought on the implementation of the primary school’s burden reduction policy;the fourth part is the suggestions made in the third part: first,the establishment of a sound system and scientific evaluation;the second is to improve the quality of the main body of the burden reduction policy;Supervise the policy of reducing the burden and standardize the implementation process;Fourth,increase the publicity of the policy to reduce the burden and create a good external environment. |
