Research On The Problem Of Job Burnout Of Local Auxiliary Police Officers Involved In Social Wor

The rapid development of China's economy has brought about an increase in population growth the need to strengthen the public security environment.The problem of insufficient police force has arisen spontaneously,and the auxiliary police mechanism has emerged as the times require.The emergence of the auxiliary police mechanism has expanded the strength of the police force,which is effective and has been imitated by various places.The auxiliary police team has gradually grown,and has formed an important force to assist the public security organs in maintaining social order,rectifying social order,and cracking down on illegal crimes,playing an irreplaceable role in the process of social management.However,in recent years,the phenomenon of burnout has emerged in the auxiliary police force in China,which has a negative impact on the auxiliary police officers themselves and their working life.In view of this,this paper conducts a social work intervention study on the burnout of auxiliary police officers and conducts a case study on the auxiliary police officers in County K of Heilongjiang Province.After understanding the manifestation of burnout of auxiliary police officers in the interview,the causes of burnout are analyzed in depth,from personal,family,work and social aspects.And social work is used to intervene in the practice process of burnout of auxiliary police officers,to gain an in-depth understanding of the basic situation of burnout of case owners,and to propose effective intervention measures to better help case owners solve the problem of burnout.Finally,we propose suggestions for optimizing the burnout of auxiliary police officers,hoping that on the basis of improving the burnout of auxiliary police officers in County K,we can better provide references for countermeasures to improve the burnout of auxiliary police officers in other regions.
