Project-based learning is a learning method based on subject knowledge and ability,which requires students to construct their own knowledge system and generate learning products in a real practical environment for the purpose of solving driving problems.There are many researches and practices on project-based learning abroad,which are applied in all walks of life.The research on Project-based Learning in China started late,mainly in the field of higher education and vocational education,and the research in the field of basic education is relatively weak.However,project-based research has gradually become a new upsurge in primary education.With the development of modern society,good oral communication ability has become the basic quality that every citizen should have.Therefore,oral communication teaching has attracted more and more attention among teachers.The unified edition of the textbook sets oral communication as an independent teaching section for the first time,which indicates that oral communication teaching has become a teaching type with exclusive characteristics.So far,the integrated edition of Chinese teaching presents a four in one course type of reading,writing,oral communication and comprehensive practice.In primary school,although oral communication teaching has received more attention than before,there are still practical dilemmas of weakening,alienation and generalization in current teaching.Project-based learning emphasizes the real situation and active exploration,which plays a positive role in making up for the defects of traditional oral communication classroom teaching.Therefore,in theory,the introduction of project-based learning is one of the important ways to improve the teaching of oral Chinese communication in primary school.The success in other educational fields also shows that the project-based learning of oral Chinese communication in primary school has strong operability.However,at present,there are few practical studies on the introduction of project-based learning into primary school Chinese oral communication,and no exemplary cases have been formed.The author takes the high-level students of T school in n city as the research object,focuses on the practical problems existing in the oral Chinese communication teaching in primary school,uses the action research method,designs the teaching scheme of"approaching their childhood" oral communication project-based learning,and takes the author’s teaching class as the implementation sample to explore the specific application effect of project-based learning in oral communication in primary school.In the action research,the author designed the project-based learning scheme,carried out the project-based teaching practice,and found that the oral communication teaching under the care of project-based learning promotes students’ autonomous learning,cooperative exploration,courage to show,and effectively improves students’ oral expression and communication ability.However,in the process of practice,the design and implementation of project-based learning put forward higher requirements for the basic literacy of teachers and students:from the perspective of teachers,in terms of teaching content,project-based learning often involves interdisciplinary cooperation,which not only requires teachers to have high personal literacy,but also requires teachers from different disciplines to cooperate in teams,so it is difficult to form a normal teaching mode;In terms of form,project-based learning involves the integration of online and offline resources and requires the support of schools,families and society.Therefore,it is not easy to build a hybrid learning environment.From the perspective of students,project-based learning requires teamwork and requires students to have strong cooperation ability and cooperation experience,while students who are used to traditional classroom often do not have high-quality cooperation ability;At the same time,due to the independent research and achievement display in project-based learning,students are required to pay more time and energy in addition to the balance of daily learning,which virtually increases part of the schoolwork burden of students.Therefore,the project-based activities lack universality.Without affecting the core characteristics of project-based learning,how to adjust the project-based learning of oral Chinese communication in primary school to a level acceptable to schools,teachers,students and parents according to the actual situation is the next direction of this study.
