Under the influence of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching model has been unable to meet the needs of educational teaching objectives.Therefore,it is crucial to explore practical and effective teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of moral and rule of law teaching in junior high school.It is a new teaching model for individual classes.Active classroom atmosphere,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students;Improve the quality of teaching,enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching.However,in the actual teaching activities,due to the existence of a variety of problems,the classroom can not play its due value,so the article from the perspective of junior high school ethics and rule of law,the application of the model of classroom teaching in practice is studied.On the basis of existing literature review and background analysis,this paper firstly starts from the relevant concepts and basis of the divided class,and clarifies the relevant theoretical knowledge of the divided class.Secondly,both the points classroom in junior middle school teaching of morality and the rule of law application situation investigation and interviews,the survey and the interview results can be seen in the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law apply to the divided into classroom teaching has some problems,main show is: Teachers' enthusiasm for split-class teaching is not high,some teachers have difficulty in optimizing teaching content,the comprehensive evaluatio n of students and part of the initiative of the students has not been fully mobilized,homework and problem cannot be effectively implemented.The reasons for these problems include the limited time and energy of teachers,the insufficient ability to optimize textbooks,the influence of the traditional evaluation system,the uneven learning ability of students,the incongruity of group members and the formali zation of discussion.At the same time,in the junior middle school moral and,on the basis of the principle of using the rule of law on the class,from the Angle of teaching practice,puts forward the improving teacher to apply to the points of classroom teaching ability,develop the students' ability of autonomous learning optimization on classroom in junior middle school teaching of morality and the rule of law strategy,finally developed based on classroom teaching 1 learningdesign case,to further optimize the classroom in junior middle school moral and effective use of the rule of law teaching,further improve the teaching quality of classroom teaching.
