The moral and rule of law course in junior high school is only two years old.The rule of law education in the moral and rule of law course of junior middle school is based on the moral and rule of law course as the carrier,to teach junior middle school students basic legal knowledge and cultivate the concept of rule of law,in order to improve the junior middle school students' sense of rights and obligations,and establish their belief in the rule of law education.It is of great significance to carry out law education in moral and law course of junior middle school.It is the need to implement the basic strategy of the rule of law,to cultivate and practice the socialist core values,to build a beautiful and harmonious campus,and to strengthen the ability of young people to act in accordance with the law and protect their rights in accordance with the law.Based on the questionnaire survey of some middle school students in Anqing city and the interviews with teachers,it is found that there are mainly the following problems in the current junior middle school moral and rule of law classes: first,emphasis on knowledge teaching and neglect of rule of law education;Second,the teaching method of rule of law education is single;Third,the usage ability of junior high school students is deficient.The main reasons for these problems are: first,the trend of exam-oriented education in schools is obvious,and blind pursuit of graduation rate hinders the deepening and development of legal education.Secondly,teachers' legal literacy and teaching skills are insufficient,which affects the effect of legal education.Third,junior high school students lack the participation consciousness of the subject of the rule of law education.In view of these problems,we should strengthen the rule of law education in the moral and rule of law teaching of junior middle school from the following aspects.On the one hand,the teaching and research group should,based on the top-level design of the country,formulate specific and feasible implementation plans for the rule of law education in junior high school,and intensify the publicity of the rule of law through morning meetings,campus publicity boards,campus radio and new media technologies.On the other hand,teachers should actively learn legal knowledge,take the initiative to participate in relevant legal education and training,practice,set a good example of the rule of law;Various teaching methods such as case teaching method,activity teaching method,discussion teaching method and situational teaching method should be used flexibly to carry out teaching activities.And through the organization and development of the rule of law publicity group,rule of law education speech contest,rule of law special education activities and guide students to participate in off-campus rule of law activities to expand the way of education.
