Incentive method is the way and means to motivate the subject to start with the needs of the object,stimulate the learning motivation,and make it work towards the desired goal.By meeting students' needs,the incentive method can fully mobilize people's learning motivation and subjective initiative,thereby improving learning effects.Teachers' application of incentive method in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school conforms to the requirement of "people-oriented" in the new curriculum standard,and responds to the basic idea of "focusing on the guidance of political direction and combining the characteristics of students' growth stage" in quality education,fully respecting the growth characteristics of junior high school students,choosing appropriate incentive methods for students,stimulating students' interest and motivation in learning,and enabling students to actively participate in political learning.The transition of students from passively accepting learning to active learning not only achieves the expected teaching effect,but also saves the teacher's management and discipline time and greatly improves the teaching efficiency.The thesis takes five kinds of motivation methods commonly used in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school as the research object,adopts empirical research,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews on the application status of motivation methods in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high schools.According to the questions Propose corresponding optimization strategies with the reasons.The body of the thesis consists of three parts.The first is an overview of incentive methods.First,it explains the connotation and types of motivation and motivation methods,and then introduces the five motivation methods commonly used in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school and the necessity of their application,and also combines the curriculum of the teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The characteristics put forward the application requirements for the incentive method.The second is the current analysis of the application of motivation methods in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high schools.The author conducted a random sampling survey of 358 students from grade one to grade three in 4middle schools in Changsha,and analyzed the application status based on the results of teacher interviews.Although the application of current incentive methods in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high schools has achieved some It is effective,but there are still some teachers who are more casual in the application of incentive methods,the teaching process ignores the curriculum application requirements of incentive methods,and the actual operation of incentive methods in classroom teaching is not ideal.And analyze the reasons for the above problems from the three aspects of teachers,students,and the application of incentive methods.The third is to optimize the application strategy of incentive methods in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed,including improving teachers' comprehensive understanding of the application of incentive methods in the teaching of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools,and enhancing teachers' ability to apply incentive methods in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high schools,Carry forward the active role of students in the application of motivation methods in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools,and improve the evaluation mechanism of the application effects of motivation methods in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools.Strive to find the best plan for later teaching workers to improve the effectiveness of the application of incentive methods in the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high schools.
