Under the background of the COVID-19,the global economy and employment are facing severe impact,and hundreds of millions of people have fallen into a crisis of income loss or unemployment.According to estimates by the International Labour Organization,the COVID-19 pandemic has caused 400 million informal sector workers around the world to face the risk of loss of income and deep poverty.Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people.Ensuring and realizing full employment is the key to our society's bottom line and stability.The Party and government of our country have repeatedly emphasized that according to the domestic epidemic prevention and control and economic situation,"stabilizing employment" and "guaranteeing the employment of residents" will be placed at the top of the "six stability" and "six guarantees",and will make every effort to stabilize employment as a priority.my country's important strategic deployment during the epidemic.With the rapid development of the "gig economy",flexible employment has become an important form of employment in my country in recent years,and its role in solving employment problems has become increasingly prominent.By the end of 2021,my country's traditional flexible employment has reached 200 million people,accounting for about25% of the total employed population.To this end,government departments at all levels have attached great importance to supporting flexible employment as an important measure to stabilize employment and ensure residents' employment during the COVID-19 outbreak,and have successively issued a series of series from the perspectives of employment subsidy policies,expansion of employment channels,and the creation of employment and entrepreneurship environments.The employment assistance policy expands employment channels at the macro level and provides policy guarantees for flexible employment personnel to achieve employment.In my country's social work research,"employment service" or "employment assistance" has been regarded as a new field or new category of social work service,and plays a key role in accurately providing employment assistance for groups with employment difficulties and assisting the unemployed in employment services.Social work values,professional methods and perspectives play a role in helping people with flexible employment to achieve employment,and play a key role in promoting economic development and social stability..As an emerging field of social work,employment social work lacks relevant basic research,and its social work employment theory and practical experience in the context of the epidemic are relatively limited,and the urgency of employment services for unemployed groups requires employment social work in the context of the epidemic Propose countermeasures and suggestions for employment services from the perspective of social work and take professional actions.Under the guidance of the concept of employment social work,relying on livelihood vulnerability theory,empowerment theory and ecosystem theory,combined with professional methods and skills of employment social work,this study takes the employment ability improvement group of flexible employment personnel in Chongqing M community as a case to develop employability To improve the research,at the same time,according to the feedback content of the team members' process and results,it discussed the ways of improving the employability of flexible employees,including the integration of employment and entrepreneurship resources,and employment and entrepreneurship training,in order to help flexible employees overcome employment opportunities.The employment dilemma existing in the social work field provides an effective reference for the improvement of the employability of flexible employees in the field of social work.
