| With the development of information technology,the era of "Internet + Education" came into being,and on this basis,many new teaching models and learning methods have emerged.Based on the Internet environment,traditional classroom teaching and online network platform teaching continue to integrate,complement each other,and develop new ones,which constitutes an "online and offline" blended teaching model.At present,the domestic research on the application of blended teaching in vocational tourism service courses has just started.As far as the current blended teaching in vocational tourism service courses is concerned,there is a lack of digital teaching resources,low use of online teaching platforms,and students Weak self-learning ability and other issues.Therefore,how to construct a hybrid teaching design suitable for the professional courses of vocational tourism services,highlight the professional characteristics of vocational education,and help learners to stimulate their personal abilities in a targeted manner is the direction that this study aims to explore.This study takes the blended teaching application of tourism service professional courses in vocational schools as the starting point.First,through the literature analysis method,it combs the domestic and foreign literature on blended teaching,analyzes and sorts out the current development status and blended teaching model of blended teaching Future research trends.Second,taking Nanning as an example,through questionnaire survey and classroom observation method,we conducted a survey on the current situation of blended teaching application for some teachers and students in the tourism service majors of six vocational schools in Nanning,and concluded the vocational tourism service Problems in the conventional teaching and blended teaching of majors.Third,select the core course "Front Office Service" in the vocational tourism service specialty as an example of teaching.With the advantages of the UMU interactive teaching platform,based on the analysis of theoretical models and teaching elements,a vocational tourism service based on the UMU platform is constructed The blended teaching design of the professional courses of the specialty design the teaching activities into three teaching stages: pre-class preview stage,classroom interactive stage and post-class promotion.Fourth,comprehensive use of classroom observations,questionnaires,and action research methods to carry out empirical research on blended teaching in the "Front Office Service" course of the tourism service specialty of Y Vocational Technical School in Nanning City,integrating each teaching stage into a new experience Ways to make up for the shortcomings in thetraditional teaching of the vocational tourism service majors,so as to enhance the learning effect of professional courses.After empirical research,compared with traditional conventional teaching,blended teaching has greater advantages in improving teacher-student interaction,promoting knowledge understanding and mastery,improving students ’independent learning ability,and stimulating students’ interest in learning.Through classroom observation and practice tests,students of the same level of blended teaching classes have a higher level of knowledge and skills than conventional teaching classes.Through the questionnaire survey,the application of blended teaching based on UMU platform for vocational tourism service professional courses,students have a high evaluation of UMU platform construction,curriculum design and organization,blended learning effect and blended teaching application attitude,and achieved To achieve good teaching results,it also exposed some deficiencies in the implementation of blended teaching.It is expected that with the innovation of new technologies and new methods,the application of blended teaching in the field of vocational education will be further deepened,and the reform of information education in the vocational tourism service specialty will be promoted,and the construction and integration of high-quality digital teaching resource database will be realized to better Promote the development of teachers ’and students’ information literacy and personal ability. |
