Vocational education is an important part of the modern national education system,which has a special important position in the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.As the basic stage of vocational education,secondary vocational education plays an important role.But if we want to develop secondary vocational education,we need to solve the problems of skill teaching in secondary vocational education.The gradual improvement of the skills competition provides a guiding benchmark for vocational education,so that it can better grasp the pulse of the industry and promote the development of professional skills teaching in secondary vocational education.This study is based on the perspective of the winners of the skills competition,through questionnaire survey and interview of the winners of the skills competition,summarizes the skills teaching experience of the winners as the competition oriented learning objectives,work oriented training standards and situation oriented training methods.By using empirical analysis method,this paper analyzes the current situation of skill teaching,compares the skills learning experience of the competition players,and summarizes the problems existing in the current skill teaching in the teaching curriculum,teaching system,and teaching evaluation.The reasons for these problems lie in the unclear learning objectives,imperfect teaching standards,and imperfect teaching methods.Combined with the research on the regulations and related documents of tourism service skills competition,the paper concludes that the characteristics of skills competition are market-oriented,display oriented,incentive oriented and fair.The basic requirements of skills competition for secondary vocational school reform are to update skills teaching,improve teacher structure,promote teaching evaluation and complete teaching base.It provides direction guidance for the optimization strategy.Therefore,with the help of the above summary,this paper puts forward the skills teaching strategy optimization scheme based on the experience of the winners of the skills competition,that is,to optimize the skills teaching curriculum through the improvement of curriculum,curriculum arrangement and curriculum directory;to optimize the skills teaching system through the cultivation of Teachers,the guidance of students' interest and the construction of training base;to optimize the skills teaching system through paying attention to the evaluation process,updating the evaluation methods,and the construction of the training base Enrich the evaluation subject to optimize the skill teaching evaluation,so as to solve the problems existing in the skill teaching of secondary vocational schools,so as to transform the experience of the winners of the skill competition into achievements,make the skill competition from “elite” to “comprehensive”,and truly achieve “promoting teaching,learning,reform and construction by competition”.
