Colleges and universities are the final link of talent training,is the base of the output of senior talents,the teachers are the key to ensure the quality of talents,teachers' work enthusiasm and performance will directly affect students' learning behavior,and teachers' external behavior is determined by internal psychological feelings,that is,the degree of satisfaction with the work and the pressure felt at work,this study aims to study Under the situation of the new curriculum reform,the relationship between job satisfaction and work pressure of college physical education teachers,understanding the mental state of the current work of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,as well as the inner thoughts of the current work,can effectively guide teachers to carry out teaching activities,debug psychological state,improve the enthusiasm of work,but also provide management with suggestions to improve the system,and promote the process of education reform.This study uses literature,interview,questionnaire and statistical methods to study the job satisfaction,work pressure and relationship between physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The research questionnaire is divided into three parts: one is the basic information part,the other is the "University physical education teachers work pressure questionnaire",and the third is the "University physical education teachers job satisfaction questionnaire." The questionnaire is produced by the researchers according to the principles and concrete steps of questionnaire preparation:first,by reading a large number of relevant literature,summarizing the first,second and third-level indicators,constructing the evaluation system of work pressure and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities;The reconfidence ? of the clone-Bach coefficient and the sub-half-confidence coefficient were carried out.The prepared questionnaire will be distributed to some college physical education teachers in Nanjing City for answers such as: Nanjing Normal University,Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,Nanjing University of Finance and Economics,Nanjing University of Science and Technology,Nanjing Forestry University,Nanjing Institute of Transportation Vocational Technology,Nanjing Institute of Industrial Vocational Technology,etc.,and then the recovered questionnaire for statistical data,the current situation of physical education teachers job satisfaction and job pressure analysis,analysis of physical education teachers job satisfaction and work pressure in gender,age,income,job title,education,Differences in school type,job satisfaction and job stress analysis and regression analysis,and finally draw conclusions and recommendations.Conclusion :(1)The job satisfaction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is at the upper-middle level(2)2The work pressure of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is at the lower-middle level(4)there are differences in job satisfaction of teachers withdifferent titles,teaching age and family income levels.(5)Thereare differences in the work pressure of teachers of different ages,titles,academic qualifications,teaching ages and family income levels.(6)The job satisfaction and job stress of physicaleducation teachers in colleges and universities were moderately negatively correlated.The correlation degree is from large to small:job characteristics,career expectations,self-awareness,workload,interpersonal conflict.(7)With job pressure as the argument variable,job satisfaction as the dependent variable,the gradual regression equation is:Job satisfaction =(-0.394)x job characteristics+(-0.188)x career expectations,i.e.job characteristics and job expectation dimensions can predict job satisfaction.Suggestions: Schools and education departments and other management levels,should strengthen the infrastructure,standardize the assessment indicators,pay attention to sports disciplines,achieve equality of resources,weigh personal differences,break the boundaries of rank,and create an independent training and development system.At the teacher level,we should set feasible goals and improve our abilities.
