Research Purpose: In modern football,the pace and speed of the game are constantly enhanced,and the physical confrontation between the players and the scramble for the ball are becoming more and more intense,so the quality and ability of the football players are also put forward higher requirements.As football in middle and primary school campus promotion,across the country are also actively developing youth football training,sensitive quality training as an important part in the football training,also more and more attention,and 10 to 12 years old students are at a sensitive quality sensitive period of development,should seize sensitive at this age of quality development window,adopt scientific and feasible training plan,effectively improve the football sensitive quality of 10 to 12 years old students.Therefore,this study selected SAQ training and traditional agility training to explore the influence of the two different training on the football agility of 10-12 year old students through experiments,so as to provide some theoretical reference for the training of youth football agility.Research methods: using the literature material law,expert investigation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,with herbs garden primary school grade five,a total of 60 students as subjects,in accordance with the class divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 30 people,through the sensitive quality respectively for 8 weeks SAQ training and traditional training,and selected six corner test,triangular dorsal reaction test,AFL(a ball)testing,Nebraska(a ball)testing,four line running back and forth(a ball)test indicators,as the quality of the football sensitive probe into groups in the experimental test indexes before and after the change.Results:(1)According to the analysis of the no-ball test results before and after the experiment in the experimental group,after 8 weeks of SAQ training,there was no significant difference in the hexagon test results after the experiment in the experimental group,while there was a significant difference in the triangle backward-facing response test.(2)According to the analysis of the ball test results before and after the experiment in the experimental group,after 8 weeks of SAQ training,there were significant differences in the AFL(ball)test,Nebraska(ball)test,and four-line running(ball)test after the experiment.(3)According to the analysis of the no-ball test results before and after the control experiment,after 8 weeks of SAQ training,there was no significant difference in the hexagon test results after the control experiment,and there was a significant difference in the triangle backward-facing response test.(4)According to the analysis of the ball test results before and after the control experiment,after 8 weeks of SAQ training,the test results of AFL(ball)test and four-line running(ball)test after the control experiment showed significant differences,while the test results of Nebraska(ball)test showed no significant differences.(5)After 8 weeks of traditional sensitivity training,the difference of test scores improvement between the experimental group and the control group was compared.It was found that the training methods adopted by the two groups had different effects on the sensitivity training of teenagers,and the SAQ training adopted by the experimental group had a more significant effect on the improvement of students' sensitivity.According to the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Both SAQ training and traditional agility training can improve the football agility of 10-12 year old students.(2)The improvement effect of SAQ training on the football agility of 10-12 year old students is better than that of traditional training on the football agility of 10-12 year old students.
