Teacher resources are the foundation for the development and implementation of high-quality education in schools.Since the reform and opening up,our country's teaching staff has continued to grow,and the level of teachers has been ceaselessly improved,the quality of teachers has been greatly improved,the allocation of teacher resources and the ability of teachers in rural areas have also been significantly improved.However,due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the influence of some teacher policies,some areas still have a lot of problems and deficiencies in the allocation of teacher resources,especially between urban and rural areas.As far as elementary education is concerned,the strength of teachers has always been a relatively weak link.Many teachers are due to differences in the level of remuneration and to teachers.Deviations in work cognition,some teachers are unwilling to teach in primary schools,which has aggravated the shortage of primary school teachers' resources to a certain extent.In this context,it is very significant to study the allocation of primary school teacher resources,analyze the imbalances in it,derive the reasons,and then propose corresponding countermeasures.This research mainly analyzes the current situation of primary school teacher resource allocation in Longwan District,Wenzhou City.Through interviews and investigations with teachers,it excavates the current Longwan District primary school teacher resources in terms of age structure,number allocation,and educational level.Differences in wage levels.After in-depth analysis of these differences,the reasons for these differences and deficiencies were found,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The study found that the current allocation of teacher resources in Longwan District elementary schools has certain structural irrational problems in terms of the balance of wages,the matching of academic qualifications,the age-appropriateness of teachers and the distribution of the number of teachers.For this reason,this research puts forward suggestions to improve the government's related management and mechanisms for the fair allocation of primary school teachers' resources,optimize teachers' salary levels and working environment,attach importance to teachers' professional development and management participation,vigorously develop the economy,and increase education investment.
