| In the future,artificial intelligence will replace a lot of human work,especially some simple mechanical work which will be no longer of high value.More professional and innovative work is the only way to a more developed society and the highlight of individual value.And one must obtain self-development through education.Therefore,educators are supposed to pay equal attention to every student and discover their merits and potentials so as to help them lay a solid foundation for their thinking,learning,interest and virtue in the future.By imparting knowledge,educators should be committed to developing students’ personality and innovation ability,and encourage them to find the proper direction in life.Great emphasis should be given by educational administrators on personalized learning guidance as it is of great importance in talent cultivation.This research focuses on the practical research on how to build personalized learning guidance system and optimize management in the context of the reform of high school education mode in the new era.Based on this core,literature research and interviews with relevant personnel are firstly conducted to lay a theoretical foundation for action research,so as to design action research framework and propose research hypotheses.Through two rounds of action research,through revision and reflection,comparative research results and interviews,relevant conclusions and corresponding strategies are proposed.The findings are as follows:(1)Teacher-student dialogue is the "foothold" of personalized learning guidance.Through the dialogue between teachers and students,teachers can give students precise learning guidance,which is reflected in the grasp of learning situation and more personalized guidance,which is also conducive to the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.(2)To carry out personalized learning guidance should be coordinated management.As far as this study is concerned,in the second round of courses,the unification of time between students and the unification of teaching time between teachers and students is conducive to the coordination of education management and ensures the effect of personalized learning guidance.(3)People-oriented management is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of teachers.Education administrators allow teachers to independently develop courses,and teachers can link in-class and out-of-class teaching guidance,forming a personalized learning guidance system,improving the effectiveness of teachers’ guidance and students’ learning effectiveness.(4)Expanding the time and space of education and paying attention to dialogue management are helpful for deepening guidance.Focus on the timeliness and adequacy of academic dialogue between teachers and students.Teachers determine appropriate subject development direction and assign personalized tasks for students to help extend personalized learning.Competition questions,research questions and mathematical problems are arranged for different learning groups to make students’ learning more personalized,matched and productive.The discussion between teachers and students in group discussion also generates teaching resources.The above management strategies play a positive role in promoting personalized learning guidance.On that basis,educational administrators should take the initiative to study the optimization strategy of personalized learning guidance management.Through the optimization of management,students’ personalized learning guidance should get continuous improvements,in order to provide support for scientific education management geared to the future and modernization. |
