Football has the reputation of the world's first sport,loved by the majority of young people,is an important teaching content of high school physical education and health courses.Participating in football can develop the physical function of high school students and cultivate students' ability and interest in sports,which shows that football class has an irreplaceable role in high school.However,the teaching mode of traditional physical education class pays too much attention to the development and fixation of students' technical action,and the confrontational,team,variability and competitive characteristics of football itself are not paid attention to,which leads to the use of traditional teaching mode can not stimulate students' interest in learning,and it is difficult to improve students' football ability with single technical action exercises.Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)put forward a new requirement for the special teaching of high school sports,and it has become the focus of attention to explore new teaching modes and methods to improve teaching quality.This study is intended to integrate its scientific and effective integration into high school football teaching by drawing on the concept and teaching methods and means of tactical game teaching mode,combining with the actual situation of high school physical education in this region,and to explore the influence on the teaching effect of high school men's football,which has certain reference significance and value for deepening the reform of high school physical education and health curriculum.In this paper,the literature method,questionnaire method,measurement method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,to Zhengzhou High School senior football options class 80 boys as the experimental object,experimental class and control class of 40 people.Among them,the curriculum of the experimental class is designed according to the concept and teaching method of the tactical competition teaching mode,the control class is taught according to the traditional skill teaching mode,and the data measurement and analysis are carried out before and after the experiment.After research and analysis,the conclusion is as follows:1.Tactical game teaching mode can effectively improve the speed and endurance level of high school men,but the improvement of other physical health level is not obvious,so tactical game teaching mode can promote the healthy development of high school men's physical fitness in some ways,and then have a positive impact on the teaching effect of high school men's football.2.Both the teaching mode of tactical game and the traditional teaching mode of physical education can improve the level of football sports skills of high school men,and there is no obvious advantage in the teaching mode of tactical games in football sports skills.3.Tactical game teaching mode can improve the football match ability of high school men from four dimensions,but the traditional physical education teaching mode mainly reflects the skill execution dimension.4.The improvement of the interest of the teaching mode of tactical competition in the physical education study of the experimental class is reflected in the two dimensions of students' independent exploration and attention to physical education,so it can be concluded that the teaching mode of tactical competition has a certain positive effect on the promotion of the interest of high school men's physical education.
