Learning story is a method of narrative evaluation originated from New Zealand.Since it was introduced into China,more and more kindergartens have explored and practiced learning story.However,at present,there are few in-depth researches and references about the introduction of learning stories in kindergartens.Therefore,this study focuses on the development process and experience combing of the construction of learning field by introducing learning stories in kindergarten.This research is a case study on the introduction of learning stories in kindergarten.The research materials are collected by interview,object analysis and observation.This study explores the process of constructing a learning field by introducing learning stories into the kindergarten,presents the dynamic process of exploring and practicing learning stories in the kindergarten,and explores the significance of introducing learning stories into the kindergarten to construct a learning field.Finally,it summarizes its experience and enlightenment.The study found that the development process of the kindergarten gradually constructing the learning field by introducing learning stories mainly went through three stages: "returning to the starting point: observing children's learning","going deep: analyzing children's learning",and "gathering strength: supporting children's learning".Through the analysis of the significance of the construction of learning field by the introduction of learning stories in the kindergarten,it is found that the construction of learning field by the introduction of learning stories in the kindergarten has brought positive significance to children,teachers and parents.In the last part of the study,the researcher discussed the experience and enlightenment of introducing learning stories in kindergarten,teachers and parents respectively.At the kindergarten level,broaden the sharing field of learning stories and establish interactive and mutually beneficial home relations;Give full play to the power of multiple evaluation subjects and construct an effective learning community.At the teacher level,become a professional observer and use learning stories to improve the ability of observation and evaluation;Become an active communicator,using learning stories to communicate and collaborate;Become an active reflector and use learning stories to conduct narrative research.At the level of parents,deepen the understanding of learning stories,and actively participate in the practice of learning stories;Establish the consciousness of the evaluation subject and become an important participant in the evaluation of children.
