Research On Community Sports Construction And Optimization Path Based On Residents' Satisfaction

With the promotion of China's "sport power" and "healthy China" strategies,the improvement of the people's living standards,the people's demand for mass sports has gradually become strong,and higher requirements have been put forward for the supply level of mass sports.As the main place for residents to live,the construction of community sports is an important link in the development of mass sports,which is of great significance to promote the fitness of the whole people,promote the health of the whole people,and realize the people's needs for a better life.At present,there are problems such as late start,slow development and low supply level of community sports in China,which can't meet the diversified sports needs of residents,seriously affecting residents' enthusiasm for sports participation and is not conducive to promoting mass sports work.Therefore,it is imperative to promote the construction of community sports.This research is based on the related research of resident satisfaction,based on the theory of new public management,new public service theory,etc.,using methods such as field survey method,Delphi expert consultation method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,to study the community sports construction and optimization path based on residents' satisfaction?Firstly,through combing the relevant literature and materials,initially construct the index system of community sports construction based on residents' satisfaction.Subsequently,an expert questionnaire was formed,and the content of the index system was finally established.Then,take the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing City as an example to conduct field research.Through the analysis of residents' participation in Jiangbei New Area,demographic differences,satisfaction statistics,etc.,to understand the residents' satisfaction in the community sports construction of Jiangbei New Area.Finally,based on the results of mathematical statistics,an optimized path for community sports construction is proposed.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The establishment of community sports organization management,community sports human resources,community sports material guarantee,community sports activities development,community sports cultural resources,community image construction 6 secondary indicators and 29 third-level indicators based on residents' satisfaction The index system of community sports construction.(2)According to the analysis of demographic factors,it is found that there are obvious differences in the evaluation of community sports construction by residents' age,education level,and income.According to the statistical results,the 6 secondary indicators have a positive correlation with community sports construction based on residents' satisfaction,and the degree of correlation is quite different.(3)The study found that the construction of community sports in Jiangbei New Area is better and residents are more satisfied.Among them,community sports material security,community sports organization management,and image construction are relatively high by residents,while community sports activities,community sports human resources,and community sports cultural resources are relatively low.(4)Based on the status quo of community sports construction in Jiangbei New Area,the optimization path of community sports construction is proposed as follows:demand-oriented construction of diversified community sports service mechanism,networked community sports publicity system,and introduction of community sports volunteer service mode.
