The high school period is a key stage in the growth and development of adolescents, and their mental health issues have attracted more and more attention from the psychology and education circles.Subjective well-being is one of the core indicators to evaluate the quality of life and mental health of senior high school students.Researching subjective well-being and related influencing factors is a necessary means to promote school mental health education from a theoretical level. In recent years, with the rise of positive psychology, the impact of mindfulness on subjective well-being has become the focus of research by many scholars.According to the sustainability model of happiness,an individual's rejection sensitivity and self-esteem level will affect his subjective well-being.However,the current discussion on the effect of mindfulness on the subjective well-being of adolescents mainly comes from cross-sectional studies, and lacks evidence support based on the tracking perspective. For adolescents who are in the critical period of development, the external pressures and internal psychological conflicts they face are complex and changeable, and simple cross-sectional studies are difficult to reveal the dynamic relationship between mindfulness and subjective well-being.Therefore,it is necessary to thoroughly explore the internal mechanism of the relationship between the two through tracking research, and explain more scientifically the mechanism of rejection sensitivity and self-esteem on subjective well-being.In this study,1384 high school students were selected using cluster sampling in Gansu Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, using the "Adolescent Subjective Well-being Scale","Child and Adolescent Mindfulness Scale","Refusal Sensitivity Questionnaire",and "Self-Esteem Scale"."Table" will be tested, and three follow-up surveys will be conducted at two-month intervals in a semester(the first time is Time 1,referred to as T1;the second time is Time 2,referred to as T2;the second time is Time 3,referred to as T3).The variables in the first measurement were subjective well-being,mindfulness,rejection sensitivity and self-esteem,the variables in the second measurement were rejection sensitivity and self-esteem,and the variables in the third measurement were subjective well-being.Collected and sorted out,and finally got 1156 valid data.Use SPSS 22.0 to perform statistical analysis on the data, mainly using descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and macro program mediating effect test. The main research results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in subjective well-being,mindfulness,rejection sensitivity and self-esteem levels of high school students in gender, grade, family structure and academic performance. There is no significant difference in whether they are only children.(2)Correlation analysis shows that mindfulness, rejection sensitivity,self-esteem,and subjective well-being are all stable across time.No matter at the same time point or different time points, the four variables are significantly correlated.Mindfulness is significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being and self-esteem,rejection sensitivity is significantly negatively correlated with mindfulness,self-esteem and subjective well-being,self-esteem is significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being.(3)The mediating effect results show that T1 mindfulness significantly positively predicts T3 subjective well-being,T2 rejection sensitivity has a significant independent mediating effect,T2 self-esteem has a significant independent mediation effect,T2 rejection sensitivity and T2 self-esteem play a significant role as a chain mediator. In summary,it can be concluded that mindfulness can directly or indirectly affect the subjective well-being of high school students through rejection of sensitivity and self-esteem.Increasing the level of mindfulness of high school students can help reduce their rejection sensitivity, thereby increasing their level of self-esteem,and ultimately improving their subjective well-being.
