As one of the important contents of basic education,homework design can help students consolidate the classroom learning content,realize the expanded learning of knowledge points,but also cultivate students' good learning habits,help students form core literacy.But because under the traditional exam-oriented education,the teachers only pay attention to the classroom teaching quality and the theory of "only" concept,decorate rigid single homework,and neglected the homework design should embody humanistic care and the purpose of "quality education",which makes the homework design has been faced with homework,homework form a single,boring job content,etc.After the introduction of the double reduction policy,the education department emphasizes on reducing the homework burden of students,especially for students of higher grades,which must be implemented.Therefore,the difficulty of homework design is further increased,and the current homework design can no longer meet the needs of classroom teaching.Based on this,the author conducted a survey.Using the methods of questionnaire,interview and text analysis,taking three primary schools in Meizhou as an example,this study studies the problems existing in the extracurricular homework design of the third stage of Chinese in primary schools,analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward the specific countermeasures of extracurricular homework design.Through the investigation,it is found that the problems existing in the extracurricular homework design of the third stage of Chinese in primary school mainly include: unreasonable objectives of extracurricular homework design,one-sided content of Chinese extracurricular homework design,neglect of students' subjectivity in homework design form and management,lack of evaluation of Chinese extracurricular homework design,etc.The reasons for these problems are: Teachers' awareness of extracurricular homework design is poor,teachers' lack of rationality in extracurricular homework design,teachers' thinking of extracurricular homework design is solidified,and teachers' ability of extracurricular homework design is insufficient.Based on this,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of extracurricular homework design in the third stage of primary school Chinese,mainly including: promoting the renewal of teachers' homework design concept,starting from the main body,cooperating with home and school,designing diversified homework forms,changing teachers' evaluation methods of homework,etc.The purpose of this study is to explore the improvement measures of the third section of Chinese homework design in primary schools,and to provide reference for the practice of Chinese teaching in primary schools.We hope to optimize the design of Chinese homework,reduce the burden of students' homework and improve the quality of homework,so that homework can play a role in consolidating and strengthening students' learning,so as to improve the effectiveness of primary School Chinese homework and improve the scientificity of teachers' homework design.
