As an engineer of the human soul,primary school teachers have dual responsibilities.First,to do their own teaching work on their best;Secondly,they should pay attention to the students' physical and mental health,and give spiritual and psychological care.With the development of information technology and the prevalence of new media,teachers' words and deeds in the daily work and rest time are widely supervised by public opinion.Even teachers' working behavior is often elevated to the discussion of social issues.Therefore,primary school teachers are prone to fear of risks in their daily work.So the phenomenons of teachers are timid,teachers dare not control the students,teachers are unwilling to control the students and teachers don't care about the students appears.In this case,whether primary school teachers have the occupational risk perception,whether primary school teachers' level of risk perception is high or not.It has an important impact on the prediction and timely handling of the usual encounter.Primary school teachers with high risk awareness are,which is the key premise for them to effectively respond to all kinds of events and improve their risk event prevention and management ability.Whether public primary school teachers have the ability of risk perception is the purpose of this study is to understand that when public primary school teachers are faced with different events in the work context.And then to sort out the dimensions of its risk perception,and to grasp the influencing factors of risk perception.Combined with the above objectives,this paper studies the important factors affecting the occupational risk perception of public primary school teachers,as an example in Y public primary school Shanghai.Bases on their daily work,combined with demographic variables,around the personal,organizational and social factors.On the basis of literature and small-scale interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the occupational risk perception of public primary school teachers in Shanghai.As a result,this study made a questionnaire as follows:(1)The occupational risk perception of public primary school teachers in Shanghai has 7 dimensions,mainly includes teaching risk,education legal responsibility risk,educational technology responsibility risk,career development risk,workload risk,health risk and campus safety risk;(2)There are significant differences in the risk perception of primary school teachers in gender,age,teaching age,education level,job differences and professional title appointment;(3)Openness,responsibility,agreeableness and emotional stability are positively affecting occupational risk perception of primary school teachers;(4)Organizational factors are positively affect occupational risk perception of primary school teachers;(5)Social factorsare positively affect occupational risk perception of primary school teachers.At the end of this paper,combined with the practice of the primary school teachers' work,the suggestions to improve the occupational risk perception of primary school teachers are put forward.It Mainly Includes optimizing the organizational atmosphere and increasing training regularly;Formulating the emergency plan and training system,and effectively improving risk response skills;Strengthening and broadening regular and irregular communication with parents to reduce the source of risk.
