Adolescence is an important period for the development of cognitive abilities.Based on brain plasticity theory,teenagers can develop cognition through effective cognitive training.Since the existing cognitive training methods ignore the recommendation of training questions for young people from the perspective of cognition,it is of great significance to study a method for recommending adjunct training paths for young people by analyzing young people's cognition.Based on the theory of brain plasticity,this thesis proposes a method of adjunct training for adolescents' cognitive abilities to achieve adjunct training for adolescents from a cognitive perspective.This thesis mainly completed the following work:(1)Designed training questions which contain cognitive items and used the vector recording method and the averaging method to process cognitive and non-cognitive data of adolescent.Established a two-level evaluation index,and used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to integrate cognitive and non-cognitive data to fuzzy evaluate juvenile cognition.(2)Based on the improved genetic algorithm,designed a path recommendation algorithm for adolescent cognitive adjunct training.This algorithm recommended training questions that meet the constraints from a cognitive perspective,and then ranked questions based on the cognitive factors and difficulty of the question to conduct adjunct cognitive training for adolescents.(3)Based on the adjunct training method of adolescents' cognitive abilities,designed and implemented an adjunct training system for adolescents' cognitive abilities based on Scratch programming,which provides an adjunct cognitive training platform for young people,and cultivated young people's thinking skills.This system also contributes to collection of young people's data for statistical and analysis.The main innovations of this thesis are as follows:(1)The improved weighting method based on analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method is used to obtain comprehensive weights with subjective and objective significance.(2)Based on the improved genetic algorithm,a path recommendation algorithm for young people's adjunct cognitive training is proposed.This algorithm improves the coding method of the genetic algorithm,and ranks questions based on the cognitive factors and difficulty of questions to conduct adjunct cognitive training for the young people.(3)According to the multi-constraint problem in the recommended algorithm,improving the fitness function of the population,and define the individual fitness according to the idea of the improved particle swarm algorithm.By collecting data in adjunct cognitive training for experimental analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for juveniles in this thesis has a certain degree of correlation with the actual cognition of juveniles.At the same time,through an experimental analysis of the improved recommendation algorithm in this thesis,the algorithm costs less time to improve the algorithm's convergence speed and the diversity of recommendations,and has better performance in intelligent test composition.Finally,by analyzing the cognitive changes of adolescents before and after training,it is verified that the adolescent cognitive ability adjunct training method can help adolescents to develop cognition and cultivate programming thinking.
