School and family are two important environments related to the learning and growth of students. The mutual influence and interaction between the two are vital to the learning growth and value formation of students, especially in elementary schools. With the development of society and the accelerating process of urbanization,a large number of young and middle-aged people in rural areas have left their homes to work in different places and are forced to be separated from their children. In an era when Internet technology has not yet become popular, the communication between parents and student head teachers is severely restricted by time and space.Nowadays, with the popularization and application of new media technology, the interaction between parents and head teachers in rural primary schools has also changed. This article selects 15 head teachers and 30 parents from 3 rural primary schools as the research objects. From the perspective of media situation theory, this paper examines how the scene of interaction between rural primary school teachers and schools has changed in the new media environment.Parents and head teachers What changes have been made in their respective roles? Based on the new media interaction scenes and their own roles, what kind of "central" behaviors do parents and class teachers have in the process of interaction, and the conflict or friction between parents and class teachers in the process of new media interaction? What impact did the students have. The study found that the popularization and application of new home-school interactive media platforms such as We Chat and QQ have promoted the integration of interactive scenes, allowing parents and class teachers to communicate anytime and anywhere, across time and space. However, the fragmented information communication methods unique to new media have not only increased the frequency of communication, but also affected the depth of communication to a certain extent. In the home-school new media interactive scene,a "central area" with a "backstage" bias appears.New media interactive scenes promote the flow and dissemination of parents' education anxiety, competition anxiety and other background emotions in the public scene, further aggravate parents' anxiety, and at the same time strengthen parents' expectations for the role of head teacher; We Chat,QQ and other emerging social media are for parents Provides an equal and free voice platform to help parents change their roles from bystander, obedient to participant, and interferer. As the information monopoly has been broken, parents' continuous educational and non-educational pressure has led to the generalization of the role of the head teacher.Parents' questioning and intervention,as well as the exposure of the class teacher's own backstage behavior in public settings, have led to a decline in teacher authority.New media technology has brought about the integration of traditional home-school interactive scenes. The boundary between "front-end" and "back-end" is blurred, and the behavior of "middle area" is generated. Some parents appreciate the interactive convenience of scene integration, but do not realize the importance of scene separation to the head teacher, which leads to "excessive care" and "information bombing" behaviors, which makes the head teacher deeply tired.Because of the integration of interactive scenes, the head teacher no longer has the necessary backstage time and space, and his control over the drill and rest of his old front-zone role is also weakened. In the face of parents' online "raids",they often feel at a loss or even reveal The exposure of impatient, dissatisfied and other emotions, and the exposure of parents' expectations of the role of the head teacher and the social expectations of the backstage behaviors make parents confused and dissatisfied.Games in the middle of the home and school often occur, which is not conducive to the formation of a harmonious family-school relationship.
