Although the teaching mode of group reading has not appeared for a long time,it has been widely concerned,which has brought a wisp of spring breeze to the current Chinese teaching and produced important value and significance.In addition,the application of Narratology theory to the reading of novels is a major innovation in the teaching of traditional novels.The new mode of novel teaching that integrates narrative theory and group writing can inspire students’ learning interests,help students develop new reading habits,and improve their ability to read and appreciate novels.Therefore,this research attempts to use the perspective of Narratology theory as an entry point to teach high school novels and group essays.In the process of education and training,students are allowed to learn and communicate with multi-information texts through "group essays",and the relevant principles of Narratology are run through.Incorporate into the teaching of high school novel and group essay reading.The purpose of this research is to provide a novel teaching method and a new mode of novel teaching guided by the theory of Narratology by studying the novel teaching method that combines group reading and narrative methods.The thesis mainly explores the implementation strategies of the teaching of high school novel group essay reading under the narrative theory.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the related concepts in the teaching of high school novel group essay reading from the perspective of Narratology.It mainly explores the concepts and viewpoints of Narratology theory,the concept of group essay reading,the connotation of high school novel group essay reading teaching from the perspective of Narratology,the significance of introducing Narratology into the teaching of high school novel group essay reading,and elicits the main body of the thesis.The second part investigates the current situation of the teaching of group text reading of novels in high school from the perspective of Narratology.This part investigates the senior high school teachers and students in the form of questionnaire,and puts forward the problems existing in the current teaching of group text reading of novels in high school from the perspective of narratology,including the narrow field of vision in selecting materials,the obsolescence of novel text analysis,the anti-literature of teaching content,and the rigid teaching mode.And then,it explores the causes of the existence of the problems on this basis.The third part points out the teaching strategy of high school novel group essay reading under the principle of Narratology.The first section takes the elements of Narratology as the topic to combine group essays skillfully.This section proposes teaching suggestions from four aspects.One is to combine group essays around the narrator to grasp the narrative function;The other is to Focus on the narrative perspective to combine group essays and comprehend creative skills;The third is to combine group essays based on narrative sequence to deepen emotional experience;The fourth is to focus on the narrative rhythm and combine group texts to enhance aesthetic ability.The second section focuses on the content of Narratology to achieve group interaction.This section includes three aspects.One is to create a narrative context and to introduce topics ingeniously;the other is to focus on narrative topics to achieve group reading together;the third is to connect narrative content and create tasks reasonably.The third section uses the integration of reading and writing as a means to develop core literacy.Three suggestions are made in this section.First,learn to write through reading,and learn narrative writing skills;Second,promote reading by writing,and understand the beauty of the narrative methods of novels;Third,improve literary aesthetics and expression ability through the combination of reading and writing.The fourth part explores the teaching practice of high school novel group essay reading from the perspective of Narratology.In this part,it is mainly through the design of teaching case forms to explore how to design high school novel group reading teaching around one topic and around multiple topics.
