“General Development” refers to the process of primary school teachers' professional development,from pre-service general subject training to post service general subject training to meet the needs of multi-disciplinary teaching,and finally grow into general subject teachers.Today,with the development of rural schools and classroom teaching organization more and more “anti-popularization”,multi-disciplinary teaching has become the normal daily teaching of rural small-scale schools and even primary school teachers on the edge of the city.General practitioners who adapt to the reality of small class teaching,conform to the concept of holistic education,and meet the needs of all-round development of primary school students will become a mainstream type of primary school teachers,and the development of general practitioners will become a trend Become the main path of primary school teachers' professional development.Based on the above basic understanding,guided by the theories of holistic education,curriculum integration and teachers' professional development,this study uses the methods of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to comprehensively investigate the current situation of multi-disciplinary teaching and general training of primary school teachers,and uses the method of text analysis to deeply study the first batch of “excellent teacher training plan” primary schools The training program of education professionals aims to fully understand the current situation,development dilemma and main reasons of primary school teachers who are “multi subject” or“general subject”,and try to explore the effective strategies of general subject training and general subject training for primary school teachers(especially rural primary school teachers).Questionnaire survey and interview research found that the phenomenon of multi-disciplinary teaching of primary school teachers is common,and the problems such as teaching is not what they want,teaching is not what they learn,teaching is not what they choose,and what they do is not what they do are prominent.Most teachers feel that the teaching pressure is high,the teaching quality is low,and the development potential is small.On the first batch of “excellent teacher training plan”Based on the text analysis of the talent training programs for primary education majors in 17 universities,it is found that the “excellent teacher training program”aimed at exploring the training of primary school general practitioners is still in practice because of the different understanding of “general practitioners”,which wavers between “general practitioners” and “excellence” in training objectives,reflects the difference between “general practitioners” and “general practitioners” in curriculum setting Limited to the traditional subject education practice.After investigating the current situation of special training for primary school teachers,it is found that there are many problems in the general training for primary school teachers,such as the number of training,the content of training,the urgent demand for training,and so on.In order to realize the high quality and balanced development of compulsory education in the new era,it is imperative to promote the all-round development of primary school teachers.In the pre service training stage,we need to reform the training process,innovate the training form,improve the training mechanism,and strive to cultivate high-quality general practitioners.In the post service development stage,we need to strengthen the identity,optimize the general subject training,strengthen the system incentive,and strive to create high-level primary school teachers who turn to the general subject.
