| In recent years,especially since the "One Belt And One Road" initiative was put forward,the global "Chinese fever" continues to heat up,and more and more countries have incorporated Chinese into their national education system.The trend of "younger age" in overseas Chinese teaching is becoming more and more obvious.However,the current research on Chinese teaching still focuses on the teaching contents of phonetic,vocabulary,grammar and other elements,and pays less attention to classroom management,another practical problem that affects the efficiency of Chinese teaching.How to understand and strengthen classroom management,and how to improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching through scientific and effective classroom management in the younger Chinese classes,especially for primary school students,has become an issue worth studying in international Chinese teaching.In this paper,on the basis of classroom management research at home and abroad,to Odessa Ukraine four elementary school Chinese classroom as the research object,the classroom management case 20 were collected for analysis and research,in order to through the different categories in present classroom management case study,analysis,reflection,for overseas primary school Chinese classroom management improvement,optimization of reference and enlightenment.The article consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the reason of topic selection,research significance,research status,theoretical basis and research methods.The second chapter introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching and classroom management in primary schools in Odessa state of Ukraine,comprehensively presents the current situation of Chinese teaching in primary schools in Odessa state of Ukraine from six aspects of school,teachers and students,curriculum,teaching materials,teaching mode and teaching methods,and reveals the urgent problems of Chinese classroom management in primary schools in Odessa state of Ukraine from three aspects of classroom environment,management system and management methods Urgency.The third chapter starts with the case of Chinese classroom management in primary schools in Odessa state of Ukraine,and sums up three types of problems in Chinese classroom management in primary schools in Odessa state of Ukraine: first,the management of interpersonal relationship is not in place,which increases the difficulty of classroom management due to the disharmony of teacher-student relationship and peer relationship;second,the improper management of teaching environment,no matter the classroom is not fixed or the seats are random Thirdly,the frequent occurrence of students’ classroom discipline problems increases the difficulty of Chinese classroom management.The fourth chapter is the thinking of classroom management in Odessa state of Ukraine,and puts forward relevant management suggestions from four aspects: Chinese teachers,schools in Ukraine,local colleges and language cooperation center.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the article,in addition to combing the full text of the study,and points out that the research needs to be improved,in order to further improve the follow-up. |
