In recent years,the state puts more and more attention to adolescent mental health education.Infiltration of subject teaching is an important way to carry out positive mental health education,especially in ordinary middle schools that mental health education is relatively backward,and infiltration of subject teaching must undertake more mental health education tasks.Chinese teaching materials contain a large number of positive psychological quality resources,high school is a critical period for the cultivation of students' positive psychological qualities,so the research content of this paper is determined to An Action Study on the Infiltration of Positive Psychological Quality in Chinese Classroom of Senior High School,and it aims to explore the feasibility of infiltrating positive psychological quality into Chinese class in senior high school.By using the method of questionnaire survey,the author carries out the "Chinese middle school students' positive psychological quality scale" and self-made open-ended questionnaire survey on the art class of senior two in No.14 Middle School of Ganzhou,and determines that the eight key positive psychological qualities are: thinking and insight,love of learning,friendliness,sincerity,courage,perseverance,tolerance and spiritual touch.On the premise of mining and combing the positive psychological quality resources contained in high school Chinese teaching materials,three rounds of action research are carried out to improve students' positive psychological quality and Chinese performance.The first round of action research combines the teaching arrangement of Chinese courses with the need for the infiltration of positive psychological qualities,the author designs and implements the contents of text teaching,writing teaching,homework correcting and so on.The first stage of the action study reflects three major issues as a whole(1)the students are not well adapted to the new form of learning and have difficulty in completing the mind map;(2)Each text contains a various resource of positive psychological qualities and the key point is not prominent;(3)Students are not familiar with the connotation of positive psychological character.The second round of action research made the following adjustments according to the first stage of reflection,first is to give students sufficient adaptation,thinking time and patient guidance;The second is to increase activity content and permeate positive psychological quality through classroom activities.The second stage of the action study reflects two major issues as a whole(1)How to mobilize all staff to participate in classroom activities and guide students to think actively;(2)Continue to enrich classroom infiltration strategies to keep students enthusiastic about learning.The third-round action study made the following adjustments to the issues identified in the second-round reflection,one is adopt new activities content to keep students motivated to learn;The second is to guide the students to recognize themselves and get further understanding of positive psychological traits.The question reflect in the third stage of action study is that preference of students for certain classroom activities is evident,such as sitcoms and fun activities.Through the analysis of positive psychological quality resources in high school Chinese teaching materials and three rounds of action research on the infiltration of positive psychological qualities in Chinese classroom,after the analysis and comparison of the research results,the conclusions are drawn as followings:(1)Chinese teaching materials in senior high school contains a large number of positive psychological quality resources,through the analysis of the character characteristics of the image,students can be guided to excavate the positive psychological quality of characters,the infiltration of positive psychological quality in Chinese classroom teaching can be achieved.(2)Through the activity design in text teaching,composition teaching,homework correction and other areas,the students is instructed to write a happiness diary,launch group psychological counseling activities,film and television appreciation,group discussion,student teaching,mind mapping,scene play,recitation debate competition,speech and other classroom activities,positive psychological quality can be permeate into the daily Chinese teaching link.(3)It is feasible to study the infiltration of positive psychological quality in senior high school Chinese classroom,the positive psychological quality of students has been significantly improved,and promotes the balanced development of major and discipline.
