Cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability and enhancing communication and cooperation ability has always been the focus of school education.Cooperative learning is an effective way to achieve this goal of education and training.If it is not properly organized in classroom teaching,it is very easy to appear lively abuses and affect the teaching effect.In recent years,under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,elementary and middle school education has paid more attention to the cultivation of students’ quality and ability.Under the premise of the popularization of the group cooperation model,the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model(Shifu,refers to students with better overall quality,called Shifu;Xueyou,refer to students whose overall quality is relatively backward,called Xueyou)has been quickly promoted,but some obstacles have been encountered in the implementation process in various places,and many problems have arisen.As a special form of cooperative learning,the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model emphasizes the relationship between members on the basis of mutual aid,which is a useful supplement to group cooperative learning.Therefore,the study of the implementation of the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model in mathematics teaching is of great significance to promote the efficient teaching of mathematics in primary schools and to explore the new autonomous learning model.This research conducted a comparative experimental study on the mutual assistance of mentors and friends for the students of School D in Deyang.The article is divided into the following parts: First,the status quo of domestic and foreign research is explained,and the related concepts of mutual assistance of mentors and friends are defined.Secondly,introduce the construction of the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model,explain the related matters of experimental design,and carry out the teaching experiment in accordance with the links of the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model.After the first experiment,the students’ autonomous learning ability has been improved to a certain extent.The problems in the first experiment were analyzed,and the experiment plan was modified for the second teaching practice.Through the information feedback of the questionnaire,record the classroom evaluation points,the statistical test results,and use the data analyst and friend mutual aid teaching model to implement the effect of the primary school mathematics teaching,which proves that the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model is conducive to the subjective initiative and mathematics learning of students Ability,problem-solving ability,self-confidence building,expression and communication ability,collaboration and mutual help ability,improvement of interpersonal relationship improvement.Finally,the results of the two teaching experiments are summarized,and the process of the mutual assistance teaching mode of students is finally formed.Through theoretical research and practical exploration of the mentor-friends mutual-aid teaching model,the author draws the following conclusions: First,the group cooperation under the mentor-friends mutual-aid teaching model is stronger,the tasks of the five links are clearer,and the two mentors and friends help each other The responsibility of mutual assistance is even greater.In this way,the cooperation of the mentor and friend combination is closer and more efficient,and the cooperation of the multi-person group is more orderly and efficient.This mode is also a useful supplement to the group cooperation mode.Second,the teaching model of mutual assistance between students has updated the classroom teaching process.The teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model has also reformed the traditional classroom teaching model,paying more attention to the process experience of students acquiring knowledge,and attaching importance to students’ comprehensive ability in the process of acquiring knowledge.Third,the implementation effect of the teaching model of mutual assistance between students is remarkable.Through the implementation of the teacher-friend mutual aid teaching model,investigations on students’ academic performance,student attitudes and cognition found that this model can not only improve students’ mathematics performance and learning methods,but also enhance their correct cognition of mathematics learning.Help students build a healthy attitude of positive,self-confident and optimistic.At the same time,it can also enhance students’ sense of teamwork and cooperation,enhance their expression and communication skills,improve students’ interpersonal relationships,and help students establish a positive attitude towards life.Practice has proved that the teaching model of mutual assistance between students can improve the overall quality of students and is a teaching model worthy of promotion.
