With the development of new curriculum reform,group cooperative learning has been widely used in primary and secondary schools.At present,the research team on group cooperative learning in China is growing,the research content is becoming more and more extensive and the research results are more and more abundant.The birth of group cooperative learning changed the relationship between teachers and students in the past,from one-way communication between teachers and students to two-way communication.It provides a platform for effective communication between students and teachers.In this sense,group cooperative learning can be a successful teaching strategy.However,front-line teachers have never stopped innovating and have created many new teaching methods and strategies based on cooperative learning.One of these is the "group cooperation,harmonious and mutual assistance" teaching strategy,which is a teaching method that promotes the all-round development of students by means of group cooperation and mutual assistance.This study explains the background,purpose and significance of the research,explains the contents and methods of the research,describes the current research situation at home and abroad,and makes a comprehensive evaluation.Then the related concepts of the teaching strategy of "group cooperation and harmonious and mutual assistance " are defined and its theoretical basis is explained.Then using the questionnaire and interview survey method,the author investigated and analyzed the implementation of the teaching strategy of "group cooperation,harmonious and mutual assistance " in Dongtian elementary school,and found that in the course of implementation,there were problems of students non-active participation,unbalanced participation,chaotic classroom order,poor learning effect and one-sided and unscientific evaluation.In order to solve these problems,the researcher carried out practical research.The Class One Grade One taught by the researcher was selected as the experimental class and the Class Two Grade Two was the control class.In Class One,team members are established,the tasks are organized,rules for group cooperation are defined,evaluation criteria are established.Then carry out the "group cooperation,harmonious and mutual assistance" in mathematics teaching.At the end of the term,the effect of "group cooperation,harmonious and mutual assistance" teaching strategy in elementary school mathematics teaching is summarized by comparison and analysis.It improved the level of student interaction;it raised the level of communication among students;It improved language skills of students;It improved organizational capacity of students;it promoted the development of students emotion in mathematics;it promotes the transformation of students who are struggling.Finally,the researcher puts forward some suggestions for teachers: Teachers should change their roles;teachers should choose the learning content accurately;teachers should create a harmonious atmosphere of cooperation;teachers should reasonably grasp the time of cooperative learning;teachers should make good use of evaluation to promote the development of the students.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole text and points out the future research direction.
