With the development of society, the deepening of educational reform and the growing trend toward teachers'professionalized development, the quality requirements of class teachers are increasing constantly, so in modern class teachers should become education professionals of professional theories, ethics and skills, the professional development of class teachers is becoming a hot topic that the society is exploring. Speeding up the professional development of class teachers is a new subject during the professional development of Chinese teachers, it is a strong call for the times and real urgent need. Following the way of the professional development of Chinese teachers is one of the important ways that education sustained and stable development, it is the needs of the times and community. The importance of the class teachers'work makes the class teachers'professionalism become a development trend, in order to adapt to this change, we should seek reasonable and effective ways to promote the process of the class teachers'professional development.In the course of writing this article, I consulted a lot of literature, I found the study for the class teachers'professional development, domestic scholars made a lot of work, they conducted in-depth study and many achievements are come out. However, a long time, for the class teachers that they work in the primary school, people lack the necessary understanding of their professional development. Either they confused with the class teachers'professional development and professional capacity, they think that the class teacher professional development is the class teachers'professional capacity, or the class teachers'professional development and the professionalism are mentioned in the same breath, they think that the class teachers'professional development is the promotion of the professionalism. This is the confusion and lack of understanding, its roots are that people can't accurately understand and grasp the connotation and characteristics of the class teachers'professional development, the results are that it directly affects the construction and promotion of the class teachers'professional development.Through the efforts of a year, I have understood the status quo of class teachers' professional development in the primary school of Donggang, I have found the reasons and the crux of the problem that affect class teachers'professional development of the region's primary school. For example:Educational concepts are outmoded, educational management misconducts are anomied; the professional theoretical accomplishment is lacking, professional competence is weak; professional autonomy is poor, professional individuality is not strong etc., these need to constantly refine and improve. On this basis, I combined the research and advanced theories on class teachers' professional development by the national experts and scholars, and put forward my own ideas about the class teachers'professional development in this region's primary school. If the educational administration departments and the class teachers can make the management and practice of the class teachers according to these requirements, I believe:The class teachers' professional development must have a good promotion and realization in the primary school of Donggang.
