In 1999,under the guidance of the ministry of education,sports activities during class breaks have been carried out in succession throughout the country.Now,they are basically popularized.Because of their long duration,flexible organization and colorful content,they are deeply loved by teachers and students.Through sports activities during class breaks,students can relieve their study fatigue and improve their learning efficiency.At the same time,they can also cultivate the emotions of teachers and students,activate the sports atmosphere on campus.Most importantly,by participating in physical exercise every day,students' physical health has been developed,which is conducive to forming students' lifelong sports awareness of active exercise.Through the unified arrangement of time,with school leaders,physical education teachers and class teachers as the main administrators and organizers,and students as the main body,the primary schools in chengdu high-tech zone and primary schools have formed a large class break sports activity with the participation of all the teachers and students.Based on the chengdu high-tech zone and primary school big recess physical activity as the research object,using the literature material method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey,data statistics and other research methods,the chengdu high-tech zone and primary school,500 students,140 teachers and administrative cadres in questionnaire and interview,understand the basic situation of chengdu high-tech zone and primary school students,teachers and sports activities in big recess cognitive level,participation,attitude,participation motivation and analysis of school big recess activities of the organization and management,activity form,content,location equipment,supervision,evaluation and so on to carry out the status quo,In order to find out the factors that affect the development of sports activities in chengdu high-tech zone and primary schools during class breaks,and put forward the corresponding solutions.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The large number of classes and students in primary and secondary schools in chengdu high-tech zone has a great impact on the development of sports activities during class breaks;There are enough physical education teachers in schools,but the overall age of physical education teachers is on the high side,and the educational level is on the low side,which affects the content design and creation of sports activities during the big break.2.Teachers and students of primary schools in chengdu high-tech zone have a high cognitive level and a strong willingness to participate in sports activities during big break,and their internal motivation is active.Some teachers and students need to improve their understanding of the importance of sports activities during big break,and their attitudes and motivation to participate in sports activities need to be changed.The overall satisfaction of teachers and students to the sports activities is not high.3.The sports activities in the middle and primary schools in chengdu high-tech zone are collective activities of the whole school.The whole school follows the unified process and the process is arranged step by step.The overall content of the activity is relatively rich,with exercises as the main activity,lacking interest and content updating slowly.The lack of equipment in the site also objectively restricts the development of activities.4.The middle and primary schools in chengdu high-tech zone attach great importance to the development of sports activities during the big break.The school carries out sports activities during the big break for 30 minutes at a fixed time every day.The school has established a mechanism of organization,management,supervision and evaluation of the sports activities during the big break.The supervision and evaluation of the sports activities during the big break are relatively comprehensive,but the ineffective implementation in the specific implementation process leads to the lack of effectiveness of the supervision and evaluation.Based on the above research results,the following Suggestions are put forward for the development of sports activities in the middle and primary schools in chengdu high-tech zone1.The school should continue to strengthen its attention and awareness,and the leadership should increase its participation and management level.We should give fullplay to the incentive function of the supervision and evaluation mechanism of sports activities during big break,improve the rewards and punishments of various departments,and carry out all-round and multi-angle evaluation on sports activities during big break,so as to promote the effective development of sports activities during big break.2.According to the school's conditions,on the basis of making full use of the existing site and equipment resources and improving the utilization efficiency of the site and equipment,student-oriented activities with flexible and varied contents and forms are designed to stimulate students' interest in active participation in the activities so as to improve the effectiveness of the activities.In addition,we can combine local traditions to carry out special activities and develop special sports activities with strong attraction to students,so as to enrich campus sports culture.3.The use of school WeChat public publicity column,radio and television,school and the parents' meeting,theme class meeting,publicity and education of large recess sports activities,let teachers,parents,students can fully understand big recess the necessity and importance of sports activities,improve the teachers' and students' cognitive level and willingness to participate in the activities.Research deficiencies and future research prospects:This paper is limited to the research on the current situation and countermeasures of the large-break sports activities in middle and primary schools in chengdu high-tech zone.The research on the physical and mental changes of teachers and students brought by the large-break sports activities and the campus sports culture is relatively insufficient.In the later stage,the paper will focus on the effectiveness of the large-break sports activities in combination with the results of the activities.
