With the promotion of the new curriculum reform,the student-centered,knowledge-acquisition process guided study plan teaching has become a classroom teaching applied by many schools,and has proved the effectiveness of the guided teachingconcrete practice,which means that the guided teaching provides students with tools for independent learning,provides a carrier for teachers' teaching,gives full play to students' subjective initiative,stimulates students' desire to investigate physics,thus stimulating their desire to learn.The ultimate goal is to improve students' learning efficiency.At Jiangbei High School,where the author is from,have joined the new curriculum reform trend of guided learning program teaching.Throughout the6 years of guided learning program teaching,many problems were found: the guided learning program failed to fully mobilize students' interest in learning physics,the order and participation in the process were uneven,the students' potential to learn physics was not maximized,and the students' learning performance and learning ability were not significantly improved,etc.As a result of these problems,students' perceptions of guided teaching have changed and teachers have gradually lost confidence,increasing the resistance to its continued implementation.Hence,we can only solve these problems to make Guided Study Plan more effective and achieve the expected goals.This paper takes Jiangbei High School as an example,starting with a survey of students and teachers in Jiangbei High School,specifically through questionnaires to investigate the interest and process of students learning physics in the guided study plan teaching and the effect of students learning physics,and then communicate with front-line physics teachers to further clarify the actual situation of guided study plan teaching and the impact on teachers and students,finally finishing and summarizing the problems the problems existing in each process of the guiding study plan,the author gives a detailed description of the problems.Based on the analysis of the problem,as well as by studying the theoretical knowledge of the guide and looking up the relevant literature,together with the curriculum standards and the students' teachers' opinions,practical countermeasures were proposed: Study carefully the effect that each part of the guided study plan teaching should have on students,carefully set up the content of each part,and give full play to the effectiveness of each part,namely,before the lesson,students are guided to better use the guide for pre-study;during the lesson,group building is strengthened to improve the usefulness of cooperative inquiry;after the lesson,timely reflections and doubts are made,and the author provides a complete classification and description of these strategies.Then,according to these countermeasures,we designed guided study plan of senior one anew.After practice,we found that these strategies are operable and effective,that is,conducting this study can solve the problems of the current guided teaching,and guide the teaching of the future guided teaching,making the teaching of physics teachers more focused and oriented,and maximizing the usefulness of guided learning.Finally,students' perceptions of guided study plan are improved,they are able to participate more actively and positively in all parts of guided study plan teaching class,they know how to do and what to do in each part,and their ability of thinking about physics problems and solving them is improved.
