The Affiliated Middle School of Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology put porward "one four two" teaching mode, whose carrier is the guided learning plan, to highlight the main position of students in teaching. This kind of teaching mode, "one" is preview before class; "four" is classroom learning, which contains four parts, respectively, is the preview display, cooperative inquiry, tutoring, standard feedback; "two" is the two aspects of class learning, respectively, is to consolidate the lift students, self summary and reflection."One four two" teaching mode is a practice for a year. Compared to the model with the traditional teaching mode, which gains, and what are the deficiencies, and the way how to do, this is the problem to be studied in this paper. As a physics teacher, the author discusses the application of the "one four two" teaching mode in physics teaching.The senior high school all science classes (fifteen classes) conducted a questionnaire survey, interviews of all physics teachers in senior high school. Finishing, and analysis the results of the investigation and interview investigation, get the following conclusion.The use of physical guided learning plan basically is good, the situation of design is not optimistic, the use effect is not too obvious.According to the survey results, the author puts forward some suggestions for the school and the teachers.To the school’s advice is:perfect the evaluation system on teachers; supervise the teaching ang research group of teaching and research activities; relevant theoretical knowledge of learning organization of teachers "guided learning plan" and the "one four two" teaching mode; supervise the school scientific research toprobe into theory of "one four two" teaching mode; "physics guided learning plan" by the professionals to make; School implements a special department to supervise the system, check the "one four two" teaching mode.Suggestions for teachers:constantly improve the design quality of "physics guided learning plan"; continue to guide students to make better use of "physics guided learning plan"; further improve their theoretical level and professional quality; to perfect the evaluation system of students.The purpose of this study is to help promote physics teaching quality of The Affiliated Middle School of Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology, also hope to be able to be draw from other schools.
